Vivek Ramaswamy, the previously little-known 38-year-old multimillionaire biotech entrepreneur who has risen from relative political obscurity to the upper echelons of conservatism and the 2024 race for the Republican presidential nomination, on Thursday revealed his "10 truths" on social media.
The 10 Conservative Commandments? They should be; unshakably so.
As has proven to be his style, Ramaswamy wasn't afraid to wade into the hot-button issues of the radical left, right off the bat, beginning with "God is real," and "There are two genders."
- God is real.
- There are only two genders.
- Human flourishing requires fossil fuels.
- Reverse racism is racism.
- An open border is no border.
- Parents determine the education of their children.
- The nuclear family is the greatest form of governance known to mankind.
- Capitalism lifts people from poverty.
- There are three branches of government, not four.
- The U.S. Constitution is the strongest guarantor of freedoms in history.
It occurred to me as I typed the above list that Vivek's "10 truths" constitute the foundational beginning of America, and devoid of any one of them, this country would not have become what it became — a country that the Democrat Party continues to try to destroy as we know it — insidiously so, and never-ending.
TRUTH.
1. God is real.
2. There are two genders.
3. Human flourishing requires fossil fuels.
4. Reverse racism is racism.
5. An open border is no border.
6. Parents determine the education of their children.
7. The nuclear family is the greatest form of governance known to mankind.8. Capitalism lifts people up from poverty.
9. There are three branches of the U.S. government, not four.
10. The U.S. Constitution is the strongest guarantor of freedoms in history.

During a recent event at the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum in Yorba Linda, California, Ramaswamy shared several details of his upbringing and his concern that the American Dream may not exist for further generations. Incidentally, Vivek was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio.
My parents came to this country 40 years ago with no money. In a single generation, I have gone on to found multi-billion dollar companies and did it while marrying my wife, Apoorva, and raising our two sons. That is the American dream, and I am deeply worried that that American dream will not exist for my two sons and their generation.
Ramaswamy's revelations reveal not only hope for all Americans with a dream who are willing to work to achieve their dreams — but also a feeling of despair, given the efforts of the far-left to fundamentally change this country into a wealth-redistributing juggernaut the likes of which the world has never seen.
I'm reminded of a line from the lyrics of "I'd Love to Change the World" by the classic 70s rock band, Ten Years After:
Tax the rich, feed the poor, til there are no rich no more.
The entire Democrat Party was seen vigorously nodding in approval. That is, except for taxing themselves. You know, the Democrat "Rules for thee, but not for me" thing.
Ramaswamy also shared his vision for keeping America strong on a recent Fox News appearance. One of the things that continue to impress me about this guy is his resolve. Politicians make promises, some of which they keep, some of which they have no intention of keeping. (See: "Joe Biden," "Democrat Party.")
In my not-so-humble opinion, Vivek Ramaswamy is the real deal.
RE: He was born to Indian citizen parents. Anchor baby.
Were his parents here legally or illegally when he was born?
RE: well, he’s not Donald Trump, is he?
That’s your explanation?
Based on that, ever other candidate are snake oil salesmen and women then.
‘nuff said.
Just for everyone’s edification, Hinduism has monotheistic (one God) as well as polytheistic (many Gods) elements: the one Ultimate Reality or Supreme Being (Brahman) also exists simultaneously in the deities of the Creator (Brahma), the Sustainer (Vishnu) and the Destroyer (Shiva).

That sounds quite a lot like Sikhism, I knew a Sikh family when I lived on the east coast.
Vivek RamaSwampy, brought to you by George Soros. No thanks.
None of us are buying your crap. Lord Vivek can embrace the suck.
Love it really.
Still voting for Trump. But it’s a good list.
At 19, he had made more money than my friends, me, and our fathers made in our entire lives. Silver spoon, yea, get some. F’n fools.
RE: Vivek RamaSwampy, brought to you by George Soros. No thanks.
Where’s the link other than a scholarship he took to study law at an Ivy League School funded by the ( now dead ) Paul Soros?
This is the Paul and Daisy Soros Merit Scholarship that Vivek received ( to study law ):

He denounced the WEF last night. I was there.
RE: None of us are buying your crap. Lord Vivek can embrace the suck.
None? Hey, did you read other responses in this thread?
They have many God’s. He was educated in Catholic schools.
I always figured you for a plant.
RE: I always figured you for a plant.
Ahh yes, anybody who doesn’t agree with you is a plant.
This sounds very much like “anybody who believes that the “2020 election was rigged” is an insurrectionist who deserves to be prosecuted.
RE: He was educated in Catholic schools.
Yes, He then attended Cincinnati’s St. Xavier High School, a Catholic school affiliated with the Jesuit order. He also said that the priests who taught him civics had a great impact on his thought process ( I don’t think our schools teach civics anymore).
Ramaswamy is not William Barr. Barr is a Bush man. Ramaswamy's agenda is more in the tradition of Trump, Reagan and Coolidge.
I listened to Vivek yesterday being interviewed by Tucker Carlson. It was fascinating to hear him. He was clear, concise and knowledgeable about foreign affairs, economics and other things. He reminded me of Nixon who had a fascinating knowledge of the intricacies of foreign affairs.
I haven’t hear anyone else speaking about these things lately, not even Trump. Unfortunately, Trump doesn’t discuss these points in his rallies. Vivek is young but he is certainly educated about this things. If he were elected he’d certainly have the Liberal, progressives united against him. Frankly, I don’t know why any sane person would want to be President at this time. But we had better back someone that has the knowledge and guts.
Several, in fact.
