Former President Donald Trump is leading Joe Biden by a whopping 18 points among coveted independent voters. The latest Harvard CAPS-Harris poll found that 45 percent of independents support Trump and 27 percent support Biden in the hypothetical 2024 matchup.
Trump is also beating Biden by five points among all voters, across party lines.
According to the pollsters, when looking at all voters, 45 percent support Trump and 40 percent plan to vote for Biden. Another 16 percent are still undecided on a candidate.

Funny how Trump supporters, like Trump, only acknowledge the polls that show Trump ahead. Anything else is labeled as garbage.
At this point all polls are garbage.
The games have yet to begin.
Especially since we don’t elect a president by national polls. Yet.
Only because our elections go by winning states and not national wins. Trump needs Wisconsin, Nevada, Georgia and Arizona. If he does that, he wins. If not, Biden wins. That’s pretty much it. The rest is noise.
Totally agree, and I am happy with the Electoral College. Without it Gore would have won in 2000 and Hillary in 2016.
We just need to find a candidate who is not so polarizing as to bring out the ‘he** NO’ vote.
