Special Counsel Jack Smith leaked another report to The New York Times on Wednesday night.
This comes after the House Oversight Committee produced $17 million in bank receipts and witness testimony in the Biden Family bribery, corruption, and influence peddling schemes with foreign regimes.
Jack Smith is likely to use the same Civil War Civil Rights Violation that Merrick Garland and the DOJ have been using to send January 6 protesters to prison for years for non-violent crimes.
Again, this leak was reported Wednesday night after the damning testimony from this afternoon.

Trump’s lawyers may or may not understand how to go after Mad Jack’s sleazy and illegal leaking.
But since his office is obviously doing it, now the House has grounds to investigate his little take down operation and expose his coordination with Garland.
So the real question is whether House Republicants will add that to their long list of To-Do’s.

Jack Smith looks like a serial killer.
This is just another case of projection. Jack Smith is charging Trump for the exact crime that Jack Smith is committing. Actually, it’s the same crime the entire federal government commits every day.
“Elected Republicans stand by and let the Justice system be used as a Political Weapon.”
Nothing short of Civil War II will resolve the current political mess we’re in, so the elected need to get on board and at least attempt to try to protect Trump or get out of the way and let the people go at it.

Not all states allow write-ins. And many that do only allow write-ins for candidates who have specifically registered to be a write-in candidate.
That cannot be applied to Trump until after he is convicted of insurrection, not before.
And it cannot be applied to a president since he is not an officer of the United States government, according to a previous ruling by Judge Roberts.
“Vivek is getting my vote then because he has promised to pardon Trump.”
So, you have complied and submitted in an instance.
