Thats the issue- the cases are crap. Hes not going to jail. The DOJ knows this. So theyre leading with these first cases and have better ones as backup? lol. Its harassment pure and simple. Start gathering evidence of prosecutorial misconduct of Jack Smith. Why didn’t Jack Smith charge Trump with everything that the grand jury agreed? Jack Smith shouldn’t save some charges in reserve in case the Jack Smith doesn’t like the judge’s rulings. That is not how a prosecutor should act. Get all emails, texts, and possible eyewitnesses one needs to prove misconduct.
The ONLY reason this continues is Congressional Republicans are spineless.
