Sorry but Kachina dolls are NOT idols, this is just clickbait to enrage people who have no knowledge of kachina dolls
Idols are vessels for demonic worship.
You know nothing about this subject and are showing it.

I understand the MASKS are where the power is among the Hopis. Any way, all the idols did not help them keep from being defeated by the Europeans.
Here's what Kachina Dolls--Native American Vault says about kachina dolls:
Native American Kachina Dolls are representations of spirits or personifications of things in the real world. They are not worshipped but are viewed as powerful beings who can bring goodness to the world through healing, fertility, protection, even rainfall. There are many concepts for Kachinas such as those for the sun, stars, thunderstorms, wind, corn, insects, among others. They are also understood as having human-like relationships, since they can marry and have children, uncles, aunts, sisters, mothers, and grandmothers.

You are correct. It won’t matter though.
Yeah. I recall we made them in the ‘60s.
Welcome to FR.
And yes, if the objects are used in spirit worship, making them is making an idol.
If teaching Christianity in not allowed in school, then teaching this needs to be forbidden as well.
Spot on. We have a Hopi Kachina doll that I cherish as a work of art.
Statues of Mary, Jesus, and the Saints aren’t worshiped ...but....certainly aren’t religious neutral.
