It's a Hindustan Times video. The HT is not either for or against Ukraine or Russia. They want the US and west to lose.

They read into events what they want their audience to hear. What Biden said is not what HT implies. Biden did not say the US has exhausted means to arm Ukraine. Saying the US has done "all it could" does not mean "exhausted", implying a meaning of "the US can do no more". Watch the video step by step. HT starts it as a question, then turns it into a assertion, piles on the Russian narrative over what Biden says. Its as tabloid as the Daily Mail, slicker and more polished.

As for the offensive, Ukraine is operating on information silence, which allows Russia to dominate social media. It does not change the reality on the ground. What it means is it will be a few more days before any piece of the big picture becomes clear. Small scale, Ukraine lost a few new tanks. Large scale, the operation has just started.

If Biden hasn't abandoned Ukraine yet he will abandon them sooner or later. I think we will see Zelensky go first and then Biden and company will blame him for their failure. I'm sure they are destroying documents and any other evidence of all the crimes they committed in Ukraine. The next month or two might be real interesting unless Ukraine can turn things around on the battlefield.
