What a shame. This Judge appointed by former Republican Governor Jan Brewer tossed Kari Lake's first lawsuit. He wouldn't allow any evidence the first time around. He was forced to let evidence be permitted this time and the evidence proved no signature verification was done per the statutes on the books. Nevertheless he tossed the case anyway. Now she'll appeal the Arizona State Supreme Court.

It's pretty clear that their overwhelming desire is to protect the system, whether it's corrupt or not. No cases will be allowed to look into except the occasional one where they briefly go through the motions and summarily dismiss it without considering actual evidence in order to give some talking points that 'a court heard this all and it had no merit' argument.

At every level, fed / state / local, they all are invested in protecting the system, whatever the cost to liberty and the rule of law.

Did you ever consider you are being played by people who keep filing these lawsuits and never win while consistently asking for money to keep the fight going ??

If you added up the record of people like Kari Lake, Trump and Mike Lindell who keep filing these lawsuits, they are worse than the Washington Generals.

One day, hopefully soon, Republicans will realize it’s the classic definition of insanity to keep repeating the same actions over and over and expecting the outcome to change.
