No. He is totally incapable of giving an hour long speech. He appeared to have done that in his ComDem Presidential Nomination Acceptance speech. Go look it up. They have been faking him since that far back.
Same with some of his recent foreign trips. He is totally incapable of that.
They are more than one acting for him. Look vary carefully at this photo’s over time.
