Miller Lite Wants to Lecture Us on Feminism Now
American Greatness ^ | 16 May2023 | Tim Young

It's time for all reasonable people to just stop consuming garbage products when company executives presume to lecture them.

I missed out on Women’s History Month this year. It was in March, and I didn’t even know about it until I saw a recent woke beer ad campaign that went viral from yet another major brand, Miller Lite.

Two months ago, pre-Dylan Mulvaney Bud Light marketing debacle, Miller Lite released a 90-second ad giving America a feminist lecture on how women helped invent brewing and instructing us that women in bikinis ads for beer are bad.

The campaign, which features comedian Ilana Glazer is called, “Bad $#!T to Good $#!T,” because in order to seem cooler, feminists always feel the need to swear. The ad indicates that Miller Lite is buying up all of its old advertisements featuring bikini-clad babes in order to turn them into mulch so they can give female brewers free hops—because apparently women, who helped invent beer, now can’t afford the elements necessary to make beer? It’s all very confusing when it’s not simply patronizing.

Network TV? Oh, you mean like for old people.

Too true. haha

Visited my folks this weekend (80, 84). Basic cable, with commercials. Couldn’t do it.

Never mind all those woke purveyors of watered down piss.

Stick with an American MAGA beer around since 1829,

Yes, that does seem to be the underlying message. At least they’re honest about it. And it is true that making ale during the olden days was women’s work. It was the men’s role to drink it.

Moreover, your victimhood is automatically everyone else’s fault.

This is one of the many rotten fruits of feminism.

“Bad $#!T to Good $#!T,”

I’ve watched a lot of live performances by amateur standup comics. The lousier the comedian, the more they swear.

The “ad” seems more like an SNL skit, one that flopped. It’s painfully unfunny.

I don’t need azhos responsible for millions of vehicle accidents and deaths every year lecturing me about anything. We won’t bring up the rapes and assaults right now. They all can KMA.

Hahahaha...I had a humorous experience the other night with television.

I don't watch television, and haven't for decades. We don't have (and have never had) cable, so...the only time I ever see what is on cable is when I stay at a hotel or something. I am always reminded of how vacuous programming is when I do see cable: "Good God. One thousand channels, and THIS is what they offer???"

I installed a digital television antenna, so we have the possiblity of perhaps 100 channels, but in reality, probably get 30...which is fine, because I won't watch even that.

So the other night it was late, and I didn't have time for a movie, so...I decided to "channel surf" and see what kind of things are offered. So, going upwards from the hated PBS on Channel 2:

Add the new Sports Illustrated cover of their 2nd transgender swimsuit model. The model has at least had its double chin airbrushed out. Target stores missed out on having it wear their new trans penis tuck swimsuit line. Heck, could have also promoted Bud Light and Miller by holding frosty cans ever so provocatively for SI’s customers. Throw in a little child on a sparkly rainbow unicorn. So many missed opportunities.

Sick world.

Yeah...it’s a really tucked up world we live in now. I especially blame Michelle Obama. She is a really bad tucker.

Bring back the Swedish Bikini Team (still didn’t make me drink Old Milwaukee, but the commercials sure were good).

“They have to interject their views and desires into EVERYTHING!!!!”

Yes, indeed. They even screwed up the Corona commercials for me. What I used to enjoy watching.....beautiful beaches, picture perfect ocean scene, gorgeous settings (the actual beer was secondary) ....

has now been screwed up by having to see Snoop Dog drool on about Snoop nonsense. Ugly.

I’m out.

And the refrigerators at the stores continue to be still packed full of Bud Light.

Agree. Snoop Dog is not a role model for anything except for the potheads.
