Google and Facebook are undertaking a concerted effort to replace all white male technical workers in the United States with lowered paid Indian slaves. It is a modern form of colonialism. And google has censored this fact, that is why you do not know this is happening. The American government is helping them do this.
Bad idea. Creates an electronic trail. Too many chances to exclude someone with more points. Or at least enough points to sue.
It seems as if there should be some angle of this that could reach the USSC.
So in the name of diversity, we will enable racist sorting.

As for LinkedIn, it has always at best a nest of lies and distortions. I had a LinkedIn profile at the end of my career and quickly recognized the quid pro quo game of recommending others skills. Looking at my profile you would have thought I was a geothermal nuclear economist brain surgeon practicing software engineering. It was just keeping up with the Joneses.
I am so glad I am retired.
This is what institutionalized racism AGAINST white people looks like.
I’m registered on LinkedIn by a guy who’s been dead 20 years. My peers know how to look me up. Screw the rest. It provides me privacy with observation.
They don’t seem to realize that this exposes who the privileged really are. They would be the ones highlighting or drawing attention to their race to get perks and privileges.
Wait until someone has the unmitigated gall to request only white heterosexual males for a position.

I’m rapidly approaching becoming one of those people.
Make sure to update your LinkedIn pages to “Native American” if you were born here in the U.S. because the truth is that the people the Left has branded as Native American don’t appreciate the moniker. They prefer to be called indigenous or by their tribal name (Navajo, Apache, Zuni, Seminole, etc.)
