I sure would like to know, what laws were broken. They didn’t break laws when they had their sex activity. If they didn’t break laws by having a non disclosure agreement, then what law is alleged to have been violated?

Can someone explain to me exactly what crime Trump will be indicted for? Did he use campaign funds or public funds to pay Stormy Daniels? Or did he use his own money?
Yeah, he had a nda with her which she broke. That is public knowledge now. What exactly is the big secret or the illegality of it?

Stormy Daniels issued a signed statement addressed “To Whom It May Concern” that denied an alleged affair with Donald Trump.
“The fact of the matter is that each party to this alleged affair denied its existence in 2006, 2011, 2016, 2017 and now again in 2018,” the signed statement reads. “I am not denying this affair because I was paid ‘hush money’ as has been reported in overseas owned tabloids. I am denying it because it never happened.”

He wrote the check to prevent damage to his marriage. It had nothing to do with a political campaign. Any guy with money would’ve written that check and there is nothing illegal about it on his part. Blackmail on the other hand is illegal. She also violated a legally binding contract to stay quiet.

As I understand it, there are almost no grounds to deny interstate extradition. But I believe that Florida, if that is where President Trump is physically when he and after he is indicted by New York State, could delay the process up to 90 days. But pending extradition, I don’t imagine he would be wise to travel outside of Florida. Any Freeper actual lawyers care to weigh in?
I recall Rick Perry’s mugshot when he was indicted by Texas Democrat prosecutors. He looked sharp and confident and defeated their p.r. stunt.
