If the official narrative of the left is that Pantifa is just an idea then the right should claim that Proud Boys are just a better idea...
The case should be dismissed (with prejudice) immediately and the supervisor should be indicted on 338 counts of willfully destroying evidence.

I’ve made that mistake in Excel. A common one. This example was a little more catastrophic than usual. And it couldn’t have happened to a nicer bunch of thugs.

They’ve laid out evidence showing that Tarrio and his allies developed a sense of existential dread about a Biden presidency and quickly embraced Trump’s claims of fraud in the days and weeks after his defeat in the 2020 election. As Jan. 6 neared, the group’s leaders grew increasingly disillusioned with police — who they accused of insufficiently acting to investigate a man who stabbed several Proud Boys at a December 2020 rally in Washington. And they set up a new chapter, dubbed the “Ministry of Self Defense,” that included men they believed would follow orders.
