The individual "theFactor" is defending the ungodly murder of Ashi Babbitt that took place in the capital on Jan 6th. Is this what FR has become? I'll respect your decision. If I am out of line I apologize in advance.
Lila Morris beat her 35*/- times in 2 minutes, over the head, and as she lay comatose on the ground.
Capitol police ended up dragging her by the leg, on the ground, to a place they had, keeping her there until they decided to tell people she died by some ME decree, aka, the legend was created.
Byrd could have shot the floor. He could have yelled a warning.

Based on the facts of that day, the decision to shoot was justified based on the USCP rules of use of force. It is not my problem if you disagree with my assessment. This thug left his service weapon in a restroom. He outweighed Babbitt by over 100 lbs. A simple push would have gotten her out of the window. She was murdered. I don’t care how liberal their use of force policy is. Her death was unnecessary. McCarthy has exposed himself.
Technically, what McCarthy says is true - Byrd did what he was tasked to do....and did his job just as directed by Nazi Pelosi
He claims he yelled multiple warnings to her. And, at least in my department, no “warning shots” are allowed. You either do not shoot, or you shoot to stop the threat.
Early on, Schumer came into the hallway and retreated back. A man down the hall turned and walked the other way. Then came Byrd, presumably acting on orders.
Police in back of Ashli did not intervene. There could not be heard any warning.
Blue hoodie guy was pulled back from the window.
Personally, I think Ashli was a mark.

We have footage. No yelling by him was heard.
I get the shooting to stop the threat part, though.

A doc tending her was yanked off.

Yes, that's EXACTLY what I'm telling you. The uniformed division and the protection division are not on the same frequency. And as any normal person can tell from the video, being able to listen to the radio and effectively communicate your position was not exactly a priority at that time. You people continue to amaze me with your ignorance of how these situations play out.
Dumb mistake.
The public deserved to see Byrd receive a fair trial. The Capitol Police should not have appointed itself judge and jury. McCarthy should have pointed that out.
