Election Day tabulators across Maricopa County were not working in this year’s midterms.

Voters were told to put their ballot into a box under the tabulator so that their ballot may be tabulated at a later time downtown.

42% of the ballots (48 out of 113 ballots) examined by investigators in Arizona Election Challenge by Kari Lake were 19-inch ballots produced on 20-inch paper.

These ballots all jammed the tabulators on Election Day in Maricopa County.

The ballots were all printed at Runbeck Company, a printing corporation run by a very liberal Arizona family that strictly donates to Democrat candidates and causes.

The flawed ballots were handed out on Election Day when officials KNEW Republicans would come out in force.

72% of voters on Election Day were voting Republican. Only 17% of the voters that day were voting Democrat.

A judge on election night rejected the RNC’s effort to extend voting hours in Maricopa County, Arizona by 3 hours after problems with vote tabulators created problems and led to long lines.

The judge wasn’t buying the RNC’s argument that voters were denied their right to vote.

Polling locations across Maricopa County had massive lines and long wait times due to voting machine errors that happened.

A cyber security expert on Wednesday testified under oath that using the wrong size ballots on Election Day caused them to be rejected.

I’m not impressed by the Judge so far and his restrictions and dismissals are very dodgy

Given the expedited nature of the litigation, going to the Supreme Court for piecemeal emergency appeals is bad tactics

Better to prove serious irregularities first and have more time for a well crafted global appeal is a better tactic

Besides, appeals law is a very specialized form of litigation so if Team Lake is on top of their game, they already have a team of appeals litigators studying and drafting the appeals while the court proceedings continue

I believe Kari sued under Ariz. 16-672, et seq. There is no remedy available for a do-over. 16-676(c) says If in an election contest it appears that a person other than the contestee has the highest number of legal votes, the court shall declare that person elected and that the certificate of election of the person whose office is contested is of no further legal force or effect.

No matter what, an election can’t have more ballots than voters. So then, how can a cheater generate votes for their candidate when more than half of the voters are voting for the other candidate?

One way would be to make voters THINK they voted, but then make sure their ballot is spoiled, and substitute a different ballot for the cheating candidate. The way to do that is to misprint some of the ballots.

If you mean the voters that voted that day I see what you mean. But in most elections only a certain percentage of eligible voters turn up to vote, so lots of fake ballots could be made.

IIRC though they screwed up when Biden got elected. Some precincts showed the number of ballots received was greater than the total voting population.

Instead, they are reproduced at places like Kinkos and transported in random car trunks.
