She had class. Something no Trump-hater can ever have.
I love HMTQ’s smile in that last photo! She was one of a kind. True class and a fun sense of humor. So very sad she is no longer with us.
We fought a war to throw off earthly monarchy and won. Americans don't bow to any king except the King of Kings.
But she was fully vaxxed.

I think that is her best smile in any pictures and it’s with PDJT and the First Lady in the frame. Nice...
That third pic is actually kind of funny because it looks like the Queen is playing ‘peek-a-boo’.
She does have class because so many are looking for a reason to be offended.
Traditions aside, no American president should ever have to bow to a ‘foreign leader’, and should not have to follow behind anyone.
Respect is all that’s needed, and there are many different ways of showing that, and bowing is not one of them, and neither is having to walk behind.
She had class.

Yes, she did. One of the last of her kind.
One of her greatest traits was her humility and refusal to take herself seriously. Her role and duty she took seriously, but not herself.
Jackie Kennedy did not curtsey before the Queen, because heads of state and their spouses do not. After her husband was assassinated, and she was no longer First Lady, she had another audience with the Queen, during which she did. When asked, or reproached by a State Department functionary, she reminded him, “We are no longer a head of state.” Classy lady.
Yes, she was correct. But she, being an American, was not required to do anything, since she was not a ‘subject’. It was her personal choice to do so.........
Actually, I’ve been wondering in light of her multiple myeloma, if being vaxxed is what killed her.
Britain is lost.
As a tall person I find it almost physically impossible to walk as slowly as small people. May have been in play here as well.
RIP Queen Elizabeth II
She was a classy lady. Someone not familiar with the protocol called her “You Highness” instead of “Your Majesty” and she was amused as she hadn’t been called “Your Highness”, the title for a princess or prince, in years.
I seriously doubt that King Charles will have half her class.
I am not in awe of the British monarchy, but Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth was truly a reasonable, compassionate human being, wielding wisdom and common sense that few people of any stripe ever acquire. Without a doubt, she is one of my most admired political figures ever. I fear we will come to miss her influence for the good of others. She very much reminded me of one of my Dad’s sisters who was a good, soft-spoken, salt-of-the-earth, yet dignified person.
