It’s okay. Putin is dead again and Russia is out of missiles again.

That’s what happens when the deepstate money laundering scheme (ftx) dries up.

“Ukraine’s Soviet-era power system cannot be fixed quickly or easily.”

I suspect that Russia has PLENTY of spare parts for Ukraine’s power system. Unfortunately for the Neocons, that means their war will have to stop first, if they want power restored to Ukraine.

I couldn’t care less about Ukraine.

I’ve worked and paid taxes all my life and because of Brandon’s energy policy, my house is like an igloo...and my tax dollars are going to the 4th. most corrupt country in the world.

Either I eat or heat.

My gosh, why doesn’t the GOP care?

[Maybe the GAE should have spent tens of billions over the past decade to integrate Ukraine into Europe’s electrical and RR infrastructure, instead of spending billions to upgrade their military to NATO standards. Skip the Maidan Coup, keep Ukraine neutral, save 100,000+ lives, prevent this ongoing misery. But the GAE hated Russia more than they loved Ukraine.]

“As the scope of damage to Ukraine’s energy systems has come into focus in recent days, Ukrainian and Western officials have begun sounding the alarm but are also realizing they have limited recourse. Ukraine’s Soviet-era power system cannot be fixed quickly or easily. In some of the worst-hit cities, there is little officials can do other than to urge residents to flee — raising the risk of economic collapse in Ukraine and a spillover refugee crisis in neighboring European countries.”

Taking the emotion out of this, a difficult thing to do, given the hysteria, but failure to maintain power, water, heat to your population sounds like defeat.

It would normally degrade the offensive military capability if one was not gifted offensive weapons.

Assuming Ukraine had any chance to repel their invaders, at best they can achieve at this point is a Pyrrhic victory.

It will take adults, not impulsive name-calling children to save as many civilian lives as possible.

Saving lives, as many lives as possible, is a reasonable objective when you have failed to protect your homeland against an invader.

I think the casualties in Ukraine have yet to be tallied and will be shocking if the truth is ever allowed to be told.

The only decision left before surrender is how many more Ukrainians must die? I vote for fewer, but too many here want to kill more Ukrainians in hopes that somehow this doesn’t end in the way it is obviously going to end.
