Ken Griffin, who is pushing for a Desantis presidential bid, has a history of fundraising for Biden and Obama.
Florida Governor Ron Desantis’ top donor has made some controversial comments concerning his relationship with China.
Ken Griffin, the billionaire CEO of Citadel, who funded $5 million towards Ron Desantis’ gubernatorial campaign and is vying for a Desantis 2024 presidential run, admitted his hedge fund is prioritizing China as its “center of focus.”
Griffin, who has countersignaled a Trump 2024 run, wants to “increase the size of our commitment” in China and supported CCP leader Xi Jinping for his economic leadership, saying it helped “re-accelerated China’s growth.”
Griffin described Trump as a “three-time loser” and hopes the 45th president of the United States will “see the writing on the wall” and give up his 2024 bid.
“I’d like to think that the Republican party is ready to move on from somebody who has been for this party a three-time loser,” Griffin stated, citing Trump’s 2020 loss and blaming Trump for the GOP leadership losing two Georgia Senate seats.
Despite the lack of a “red wave” in the Midterms, Griffin described the midterm results as “a great moment — American voters came out in droves. This was a triumph of democracy.”
“I’m quite happy about the midterms,” the billionaire added.

“DeSantis was MAGA before Trump ran for POTUS.”
Not MAGA enough though, since he sat out the 2016 Republican Primary.
Glad he has the lack of money situation “worked out.”
Get your facts right. He’s not the top donor.....the National Republican Governors assn is tops and right being that is the Florida Republican assn....
Another conservative individual is third with ....
Griffin is chump change.......
A new DeSantis campaign slogan!
Harvard graduate? Yep
Yale graduate? Yep
Smell of fish lingers time tells

This writer is hired to bash DeSantis....
“Smells
to
high
heaven.
But whatever floats DeSantis’ boat.
Simply pointed out the obvious.
It stinks.
people just don’t give 100 mil and not expect something in return, and it typically comes at the cost to the American people and a bit of one’s soul.”
candidates routinely return a donation from an organization if it is from one like the KKK. DSantis should do the same and denounce these globalist contributors.
This whole donor mentality is what helped get us into thi$...Selling influence and the donations by big biz are little more than bribes, payoffs...He who gets the most money wins is BS.
Elections need to change.
And the hits just keep on coming.
...at the cost of a bit of one’s soul.
How many bits of “chump change” before one’s soul is entirely lost?
So how does that work out for YOU?
“Not MAGA enough though, since he sat out the 2016 Republican Primary.”
He wanted to fix Florida first. Now he can rub as the best Governor and the most conservative candidate!
BUMP!!!
YEP!
One Presidential Candidate spent 4 years trying to kick China’s ass. And it was working. Companies were divesting. Being a realist, he spent some time in South Korea, Vietnam and India to get them to build some factories, so the manufacturing could be relocated to those countries. He tried to make nice with a Chinese puppet, North Korea. So, we know 100% where he stands.
The other Presidential Candidate is doing a fantastic job in Florida, where he has tremendous support from the people and the Conservative/Republican government apparatus throughout the state. Time will tell where his loyalties stand. With the globalists like so many that seem to be propping him up, supporting him and funding him or with the people. So there’s a 50/50 chance of which way he’ll go.
Either way, both candidates are going to be up against an election machine and process that is heavily skewed in favor of the Democrats, so neither one is going to enjoy much help from state election laws.
Choose wisely.
His other TOP donors are not much better...
Who is tricking who?
“Meh”
Well, we pretty much know why you back DeSantis.
It cause you think he will keep funding Ukraine.
No brainer there.
Correct.
