The Kari Lake campaign for Arizona governor called for a redo of Maricopa County’s election in light of the vote tabulation machines malfunctioning in over 30 percent of polling locations on Election Day last week.
The campaign posted on its official Twitter account Wednesday, “This election was irreparably compromised by voter disenfranchisement.”
“The appropriate thing to do would be to let Maricopa County cast their votes again,” the Republican candidate’s team added.

Furthermore, if Lake goes to court and exposes significant fraud in the 2022 election, there is the completely legit option of initiating a recall petition and forcing a recall election for Hobbs and any other elected officials.
Az has a pretty comprehensive ability to recall elected officials for any reason if there is enough support. There is more than enough support to mount an immediate recall of at least Hobbs as we speak.
Very few in Az believes Hobbs won fairly. It all comes down to how many are happy Lake got robbed and how many are disgusted that she was robbed
It's very likely that there will even more support once Lake goes to court and publicizes the election irregularities in the 2022 Az election.
FWIW, Arizona has an automatic recount if there is a 0.5% vote spread. The vote spread is currently about 0.6% with about 37,000 votes left to count, so we are in recount territory. If Lake makes up 0.01 % (about 2000 vote gain out of 37000), which is likely under the circumstances, the election goes into automatic state wide recount.
Given all the crap that has went down, Lake probably can justify a recount even with the current spread.
I suspect Lake wins any recount.

Furthermore, if there is not a serious review of the election to convince Arizona voters that the election results were free and fair, it’s going to get really ugly given the irregularities that went down there.
Instead of a re-do, how about reopening the Maricopa polls for one more day EXCLUSIVELY for any registered voter who hasn’t, to date, voted. That would be a modfied version of extending the normal poll closing time on election day.
If it’s true that many of the voting machines didn’t even have ink in them then they haven’t even had an election yet. And Oh, by the way, this is the home of Sturm Ruger. Maybe the crooks need some head-jerking.?

I swear there’s nothing big enough to ever trigger a revote. A fleet of ten huge 18 wheeler trailers with “Votes R Us” emblazoned on the side in 10 ft. high letters could pull up with a crew of 150 Democrats hauling out ballot boxes and that still wouldn’t trigger any suspicions. All we’d hear is “Republican conspiracy theories.”
obviously yes. when they denied keeping polls open for just a few hours after closing, they opened the door bigtime for this. maybe this time Kari and her supporters will get a fair hearing.
If the state court rules UNLAWFUL election for failing to conform to state election laws, that’s it’s limit. But you can take that to Fed court in quo Warranto action to remove cheaters.
It didn’t get ugly in Arizona after the 2020 election and I seriously doubt it will now. People talk tough but when it comes time to do something, they quietly fade away. We’ll see who gets sworn in as the next governor of Arizona. I doubt it’s going to be Lake.

No early voting or ballot harvesting in a re call election so I guess we would find how just how many Hobbs voters actually exist.
It's an Arizona thing, and, not being from Arizona, wouldn't expect you to get it.
Time will tell if you are correct.
