I believe in gender equality when it comes to nearly all human rights.
Sometimes women will do some things better than men. For instance I believe that women are often better at being empathetic (with their inbuilt capacity to function as mothers) where as men are often better at being strong and resolute (as potential fathers and protectors of women). This is a generalisation which has exceptions not a universal truth. Margaret Thatcher was an amazingly strong, resolute woman and Donald Trump, at his best, turned empathy for a forgotten people into a presidency and represented those forgotten people against a woman and a leftist way of thinking who had dismissed them as "deplorables".
Being female should not stop women from doing good work in any field of endeavour.
But, maybe, sometimes it does.
Last Saturday this female police officer was completely unable to acknowledge just how seriously derelict she was in her duty to appear in public while working without wearing identification.
Does the fact that she is also a good looking woman give her an ego that makes her unable to listen?
