If the Democrats get to 51 there is an opportunity to revamp the White House IF Harris is forced out. Harris would have no leverage as her tie breaking vote would not be needed.
I know, my first instinct is to say Biden can’t just do this. But, then I realize there’s no procedure or law the Rats won’t break to retain power, so who knows.
It’s pretty much fair game to just throw out the wildest blueprints and conspiracies at this point, it’s all possible.
I’m pretty sure that filling a VP vacancy requires the approval of BOTH houses of Congress.
