28 CFR § 17.22 - Classification of information; limitations.
(d) Information shall not be classified in order to conceal inefficiency, violations of law, or administrative error; to prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency; to restrain competition; or to prevent or delay release of information that does not require protection in the interest of national security. Information that has been declassified and released to the public under proper authority may not be reclassified.

This judge has a rare window to remedy the entire fraud that was perpetrated on the courts by the DOJ / FBI for the past six years in unsealing the affidavit. The FIB brought this mess to his court. This did not have to happen and not at this time. Besides there are copies kept secure in many safekeeping locations. Trump is not that dumb.
The Chief executive decides what executive branch docs are a national security threat and should be classified. Doesn't matter what the statues say.
Unless they had the cell provider wipe their copies the info is still out there, in the cell provider’s backups. It’s the law.
