So if Biden wanted those documents why didn’t he pick up the phone like a civil person? Instead of sending you 30 Gestapo agents? Merrick Garland sent in 30 Gestapo agents what a schmuck. He couldn’t pick up the phone and said can we talk about this? No Merrick is all pissed off because Trump stood in his way and wouldn’t let him become Supreme Court justice. This is a little pricks pay you back.

> Trump can now be ruled ineligible to hold office.

Actually, regardless of what is written in the statute, it cannot be used to bar asomeone from becoming President. And SCOTUS has already ruled I’m correct! There was a case which tried to bar someone from running for Congress using language of a federal law. SCOTUS ruled that nothing could be added to the requirements for being in Congress beyond what’s already in the Constitution. That case referred to Article criteria, the corresponding ones for President are in Article 2, a constitutional parallel so close even a wise Latina would admit it. And the original impeachment clause allows the option of disqualification, which was used on some but not all (eg. Alcee Hastions) of those impeached AND convicted. As they failed to convict Trump they twice failed there.

The only exception I can see to the original constitutional eligibility criteria is the insurrection clause of the 14th. It does allow for disqualification and as an amendment would potentially apply to Congress and President. However it allows and requires Congress to activate it via enabling legislation. Which legislation Congress cancelled over a century ago. Until if and when Congress passes a new trigger for it that gun can’t fire. And as the rats have tried to use that gun to disqualify MTG and others from the midterms and universally failed at lower court level they should know better.

Marjorie Taylor Greene about three hours ago filed impeachment documents against Merrick Garland. I will see how much guts the Republicans have?

They don’t need intent for the Espionage Act. But espionage on a something that was a hoax to begin with seems a bit of a stretch.

Ridiculous. If just saying so is reality, I declare myself Lord of the Planet. Shortly I shall publish a list of unpersons who will be deemed by all not to exist and never to have existed — you may all begin with WEF, Soros, Democrats and their acolytes. Huzzah!

People in power routinely violate the rules because they think they can. That can be challenged in the courts, but that requires great expense and judges who want to reign in arrogant executive branch officials. Sometimes, the courts declare that no one as "standing" to bring the complaint. See the 2020 Election cases...

“So if Biden wanted those documents why didn’t he pick up the phone like a civil person?‘

And do what? “Hey Don I want you to hand over the Russian collusion documents. You know the ones confirming that we screwed you over.”

yeah right. Why do that when Biden can send FBI goons over 91 days before an election and sweep up everything including what he wanted and screw Trump over again.

Of course we don’t know whether the docs included Russian conspiracy stuff or not.

When does someone mention the 33 million documents that Obama took out? And some of them were top-secret or classified.

Because you are breaking a 250 year rule. What they did to Trump can happen to Biden. This is the first time in American history this is happening. You don’t want to have this become a way of life. Civilized people don’t do shit like this. Remember it never happened before. Trump said as much they could’ve asked me for what they wanted. He put s on the padlock at their request. They broke the rules with Peter Navarro shackles 135 pound 72 year old man. Roger Stone frogman? . Paul Manafort solitary confinement for months. If this is what you want to accept as the new normal good luck with that people. They busted into a presidents house I don’t care how many guns you have in your house it’s not gonna be good enough.

What court?

The one in Washington with the hand-picked DC jurists? The older, scowling negros and white, Johnson era leftists? The DuPont Circle bears? The Connecticut Ave condo owners? The cat ladies with the nice flats along Rock Creek Park?

It doesn’t matter to them. He’s Trump, which means guilty.

They are systematically taking out everybody in the Trump administration. Five or six of these guys have been brought down one way or another. And now they’re going after the the Don. It doesn’t matter what he did it’s just a pretext for them doing what they’re doing. Just think think of it as a mafia hit. The only thing standing between them and Trump is us. And we’re debating tiny nuances of the crap that they’re laying out. Shiny objects as Donald winds up under the 50 yard line at the Meadowlands.

I believe it was on FOX tonight that the law is that a president can declassify any thing that he was involved in while president. I don;t remember the guy’s name but I believe he was introduced as a high powered DC lawyer.

He also said that he can declassify those documents years after he left office.

If true, that means that the supreme court would have no choice but to rule all of this scheme unconstitutional and end this foolishness.

Except it is not foolish. It is vile, evil and an affront to every citizen of the United States. Remember you may be a lib all for it today but someday your candidate will
go through the same torture unless it is stopped now.

If a freeper saw this or read about it and has more info, please post it.

More evidence piling up that the puppeteers of the BoJiden administration have no understanding of American tradition, and are in fact non-American.

What you were stating seems very logical. I mean we could actually have here Americans who are part of the freshman team of life. Or we could have foreigners in there that we are unaware of. Or we can have guys who just don’t give a rats ass about anything except taking down the Donald. And we could have all three of the above. When has these people ever done anything by the book or kosher? These people can literally F up a junkyard!

I’m certain there is a declassication order for every applicable document in a letter signed by President Trump. I would bet copies of those orders were placed in each box containing documents with classification markings.

The reason this makes sense is that each declassification order is accompanied by a presidential signed letter.

Just like a judge’s order, there is no order until it is signed by the ruling judge.

When President Trump gave the order, it means the order was prepared and presented for his signature.

So we can be certain DJT had staff place copies of all his declass orders near or with the documents in question.

It’s becoming clear, this raid’s purpose was to seize documents that could implicate certain people now in power illegitimately.

The question now is whether there are copies, recordings, images, witnesses.

breaking a 250 year rule
I believe that they don’t care about 250 year old rules or whatever because they see it as the end of the line for this country. Screw the rules we’re in charge and we’re gonna stay in charge forever. Suck on that Steve Bannon
