But Biden won’t be running in 2024. Newsome is Nancy’s guy.

I’m fine with either Trump or DeSantis in 2024. Trump’s opinion of Musk and Musk’s opinion of Trump are meaningless to me - I don’t care what two noisy billionaires think of each other.

Hate to say it but this seems obvious to me at least: We do not HAVE until 2024 or even to Januarfy of 23. The poops (demopoops) are actually trying to destroy the US and they are in a hurry.

The problem with “younger blood” running the country is:

Are they politically correct?

&

Are they woke?

We have hardcore nationalist adversaries running Russia & China, they will be our enemies in the next Big Global War.(Plus Persia)

Do we gamble with our “Great Power Nation” status with people worried about environmental fanaticism, racism, sexism, and sexual weirdoism?

I’m not buying into the next generation being great leadership material.

This Obama voting, Trudeau voting, Biden voting South African Canadian should focus on why his battery powered cars keep crashing. And how he’s going to deal with competition now that his company has slipped to No 2. I will pass on his political advice.

Desantis is younger and a Hispanic both of which give him points to the other than old boomer white guy vote which is getting smaller everyday. I’d vote for Desantis over Trump any day of the week and twice on Sunday he doesn’t carry the same baggage ,he is fiscally conservative in a real sense and has the youthfulness to bring in the much needed GenY and GenX votes he is a winner if he runs. We all know Newsom is being groomed baring some huge black scandal he will be the dems pick with a minority VP or gay VP that’s a given.

“Word Exchanges Between the Billionaires”

Chum in the water for the sharks. Don’t read much into it.

Also I believe The Donald knows much more than he lets on regarding the Musk-Twitter legal play.

“Elon. Elon. Elon. He’s not going to buy Twitter … And where did you hear that before? From me … He’s got himself a mess, I’ve looked at his contract …

Robert Barnes says there is a pre-agreement clause in the contract with Twitter that says they have to expose all of their bot accounts which they have refused to do. Barnes says the fake bot accounts could add up to 40-50% of their cliental! IE, they really screwed the advertisers and Twitter would be facing lawsuits over that, too. So it may be that Trump is the bs artist on this one. Branes said Musk would probably win the court case or he could negotiate a very heft discount on the purchase.

Musk noted that he is leaning towards and will likely vote for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) in 2024 if he chooses to run for President. <<<

The problem with DeSantis is......He's a “POLITICIAN” and a good one as Governor.....But He would never dare to expose the swamp like Trump did...let alone clean it up!...we'd be back to “business as usual” in the swamp and pretending everything is fine....Sweep the Treason under the rug...Nobody goes to jail... That's just what we need.... Right?......./s

Age is just a number and everyone is different. The realtor I bought this house through was 88 and a human dynamo. The first time I saw him he was out in 100+ degree heat stomping around the perimeter of this property with the surveyors. He kept special boots in his ginormous Caddy for such occasions. He kept working past age 90 and finally had to retire after losing his eyesight.

Trump has that kind of wild energy so I’m not worried.

I support Donald Trump but I still don’t understand why he decided to pick a fight with Musk in the first place. He has enough enemies already.

Desantis is not running in ‘24 so the point is moot.

I really wish that Donald Trump hadn't made this comment about Musk -- I just don't see any profit to it, and it just adds more fuel to a fire better applied elsewhere. Add a mention of DeSantis to the mix, and it gives the lefties just more contention, real or perceived, to crow about.

I like DeSantis, but when he gets into national elections, the dems are going to start their endless lawfare campaign against him. They are doing that to Trump, but the difference is that Trump has an army of personal lawyers and the personal wealth to finance them. Trump's lawyers will also bite back, and it will not be fun for whichever tool the dems recruit.

I don't think DeSantis has the personal wealth to maintain a team of lawyers to watch out for him. He could end up like Sarah Palin, tied up in legal shenanigans that drained her financially.

Unless republicans come up with an effective method against dem lawfare against their most effective leaders, candidates with regular wealth will be tied up in all kinds of legal process.

Funny how age wasn’t an issue for the dried up husk with dementia who puts in two hours of being led around by the hand each day, but for the guy who is sharp as a tack and puts in 16 hour work days - age is again an issue.

I find the Constitution to be a very good guide in answering these sorts of questions, and it seems the Founders did not worry about excessive age, but rather, excessive youth.

The media is trying to pit Trump against DeSantis.

I would prefer Trump/Desantis 2024 and Desantis/Palin 2028
