This will be an emergency SCOTUS review case. Especially given their recent ruling THT CORRECTED A MASSIVE PRIOR SCOTUS ERROR.
I’d like SCOTUS to take up whether CMS can blackmail hospitals whenever things aren’t going to administration’s liking...like I posted earlier, vax mandates as well as “emergency” abortion—who knows what other issues they have used withholding of funds to get their way.
