Gaslighting Tweet of the Decade: Delusional Dictator Biden Picks a New Target to Blame for Gas Price Crisis
The Liberty Daily ^ | Jul. 2, 2022 | J.D. Rucker

The Biden regime has blamed Vladimir Putin, oil companies, Donald Trump, Covid-19, and Vladimir Putin again for the skyrocketing gas prices. None of it stuck. The people blame the regime and rightfully so. But instead of finally coming out and acknowledging that their own failures and policies (one in the same) caused this problem, they’ve chosen a new target upon which to attempt to gaslight the nation.

They decided to do it on social media, which is about as ludicrous as it sounds. People can respond, and their responses have been some of the most brutal this failed regime has seen. Here’s the Tweet:

“My message to the companies running gas stations and setting prices at the pump is simple: this is a time of war and global peril. Bring down the price you are charging at the pump to reflect the cost you’re paying for the product. And do it now.”

The sad thing is half the country will believe gas station owners have control over gas prices because Brandon said so.

Also if the pump owners don’t make money when the price is going up they will go bankrupt when the price goes down. They have to pay for the entire shipment of gas upfront. Then sell what they have in the tank for whatever the going price is. So while it is going up they make money, but when it goes down they lose money.

If I owned a station I'd jack my prices to $20.00/gal as a middle finger. Galt, baby!

Joe biden did not finish the sentence. The question is... “do it now...” or else what? How precisely is Joebama going to force these companies to reduce their price at the pump. Price Controls? Is that his big plan? He doesnt think that price controls will lead to shortages? What kind of misery index are they going to kick off over that lame move?

Gas station owners make their money selling high volumes of gasoline at very small markup per gallon. High gas prices mean lower sales volumes which translates into higher markup per gallon to cover fixed costs of doing business.

biden claims that gas and upcoming food shortage is Putin’s fault. If Putin is running America then why do we need joey? I thought biden was OUR PRESIDENT. So either DO something or get out of the way, biden. If EVERY PROBLEM is someone else’s fault then YOU are clearly not leading and have no vision. Why do we need you. You have nothing to offer. Just sit there and we can get the REAL pres. Trump to take over. Problem solved.

Just another attempt to blame shift. He and the rest of the little rats know the real cause but will not admit it. Crushing domestic fuel production is the centerpiece of the climate BS they have enacted without a single vote.

Gasoline and Diesel fuel is even now being rationed by price. Increase the supply of both of them, and watch the entire economy respond. The price of everything else is passed through to the consumer, of whatever it costs for the transport and processing of the goods at the wholesale level.

We can work ourselves OUT of this inflation, by increasing the velocity of money through the economy, in the process of producing much of our goods and services right here in the US. Increased productivity is the key to absorbing what is now an excess of money pursuing a paucity of goods and services.

Command and control economies fail, every time they are tried. The black market is one of the few relief valves available, and barter economy is another.

That’s funny, I don’t remember a declaration of war. I don’t even remember a Congressional authorization for the use of military force. Have I been misinformed?
