He was always a pocket panicker. He simply doesn’t have the mental quickness that a Brady, Manning, Elway, Marino kind of quarterback does. He’s a slow thinker. His mouth is and was his greatest asset.

The Raiders have 4 quarterbacks - one a rookie. They’ll carry no more than 3 on the regular roster. The 4th would be lucky to make the practice squad.
If they had signed him, he would be lucky to make it beyond preseason.
His last season was like 1 and 15. He sucked. Tebow who supposedly sucked turned the Broncos around and got them into the playoffs. Was also entertaining as hell with comebacks.
