Next every black youth in Illinois will be guaranteed a college diploma. Just endorse that College Loan or more likely, that College Grant over to the University and we will send you a diploma embossed with a 14 carat gold seal.
There is no need to even show up at the school, in fact it will probably be best for them to simply stay with their peers in the hood.

Equity = Equality of Outcome. A concept so stupid on its face that only the “education” establishment could embrace it. Eventually this will mean automatic A’s for everyone. Let the employers sort it out.

Here is my diversity statement: every student in my class will be evaluated by the same set of standards without regard to race, national origin, religion, sexual orientation or other personal factors.
This was on a job board I frequent for my industry.
Nothing about the actual job until the very end. I am assuming this is what the $500,000 per year “chief inclusion officer” writes all day.
