Russian invaders seized the City Museum of local lore of Melitopol, which stored Scythian gold. The location of historical relics was handed over to the enemy by local collaborators. This is stated in the message of the Zaporozhye regional military administration. The museum housed relics discovered by archaeologists in the 1950s.
"There is information that the Russian military has seized the Melitopol City Museum of local lore," Ilya said in a statement. The place where historical relics are kept was indicated to the enemy by local collaborators.
In addition, traditional looting for the invaders is gaining momentum in Melitopol, but on a new scale. Local residents at the beginning of the week noticed a column of Russian trucks, in which registration numbers were taped and which was accompanied by Special Vehicles. According to Melitopol residents, in these trucks the enemy took out "the remains of agricultural machinery and grain from the elevator"in the direction of the temporarily occupied Crimea. Scythian gold an art object is made by the Scythians from a precious metal. One of the most famous examples is the Golden pectoral, which was made in the IV century BC. E. it was found in the thick grave mound near the town of Pokrov in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The capture, torture, and murders of those Romans took place during the R. Empire’s crisis of the third century. The Parthian Empire (such as it was) consisted of a couple of rulers from one of the Indo-Iranian tribes, followed a breakdown of the Hellenistic kingdom(s), and endured a little over 20 years. It was superseded by the Sasanian dynasty, which lasted 400 years.

[snip] In 2017, a genetic study of the Scythians suggested that they can best be described as a mixture of European-related ancestry from the Yamna culture and an East Asian/Siberian ancestry, and emerged on the Pontic steppe. [/snip]
I’m not sure what you meant by the Roman Empire’s crisis of the third century. The death of Crassus and son occurred in the century before the birth of Christ. He was part of the triumvarate that included Julius Caesar and Pompey.
