Climate experts commissioned by the U.N. will release what is claimed to be the definitive guide to “halting global warming” on Monday, in a report ordering how societies and economies must transform to ensure a “liveable” future.
The U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is responsible for the publication designed to shape the global climate response in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
AFP reports the IPCC published the first two instalments earlier this year in a trilogy of mammoth scientific assessments covering how greenhouse gas pollution is claimed to be heating the planet and what that means for life on Earth.
This third report will outline what to do about it.
It comes just days after U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres appointed a panel led by Canada’s former environment minister to ensure private companies obey climate directives with “every business, investor, city, state and region” targeted for compliance by the globalist body, as Breitbart News reported.

CO2 is life giving gas, absolutely necessary for life on Earth.
It have been documented over and over again, that for the optimal life of the plants, it needs to be about four times larger than recent levels!
Gee, I wonder how much of what the sign holder is wearing is made from petro products. I see what appears to be a plastic watch band, a poly jacket, elastic ear slings for his stoopid mask......................... Why yes Virginia, these assclowns are, well, assclowns. And they’ve sold their lies pretty well to the powers that be. Sanity is clearly missing.
Their dream of One World Government will be cleverly disguised as responding to the “climate crisis.”
Especially after covid, government elites have destroyed any credibility they had.
Their goals won't be gained by convincing people, they will use whatever force it takes.
I saw a graph depicting the growth curve vs. CO2 content for soybeans. The max growth apparently occurs at 500 ppm. We’re at 400 ppm. Some other plants probably grow their fastest at even higher concentrations.
So guess what, folks? We’re on the low side! Before the industrial revolution, plants were practically suffocating at about 285 ppm.

But they grow too fast, too much food leads to population explosion and people wreck the planet...get it?

Commercial greenhouses often supplement to 1000 ppm.
Levels in submarines can get to 2,000 to 5,000 without notable impairment of the crew.

I believe the sense of that ruling is that these are de facto treaties and have to be approved by the Senate. Elections matter....
