The GOP thinks it will “just happen” because the left’s policies are so bad. They may be in for a surprise. The left perfected the election steal in 2020 and the GOP just accepted it because it helped rid them of Trump. Now, they aren’t going to be able to say anything when the left does it again this fall. “Most secure elections ever” and “can’t be enough wide-spread fraud to make a difference” are two phrases that are going to come back and haunt them.

During WW2.
With over a million of our boys fighting in Europe and Asia.
There are zero US troops in Ukraine.

This installed government SO believes in the power of lies, dissembling and diversion backed up by a complicit MSM to deceive its subjects that it doesn’t even bother anymore to actually do anything substantive to change their circumstances.

They rely totally on BS’ing their way through put some rose-colored glasses on us and let it go at that. They don’t really care. Never did. Because they’re counting on mail-in voting, no signatures/ID checks, and drop boxes at 3AM.

The Republicans won’t run any searing ads. They will campaign to “win a general election.” That’s the excuse not to really hammer them, even when the country is p*issed.

Better than nothing I guess

But when the new, and deadliest EVER, covid variant pops up some time around summer time, and Elias and Abrams unleash Lawfare.

Nothing less than complete outlawing of those practices will work. If folks are afraid of going outside, expand the criteria for an absentee ballot. At least it’s going to a registered voter not some phantom.

"They will no more be able to control this inflation than Carter was in 1980."

I respectfully disagree. I disagree because I keep hearing that all that Brandon has to do to lower gas prices at US stations is to allow US oil companies to start pumping again. Correction welcome.

"[...] may not be controllable by the Democrats [...]"

Let's put it this way. In stark contrast to Trump's proven expertise in making the economy thrive, evil elite Democrats have the power to destroy or not destroy.

What I meant by the lack of arrows in their quiver, is that they don’t have the political options you think they have. They are beholden to the greens and will be totally destroyed if they go back on their pledges to them.... it’s psychological... this wokeness is very much a cult. Now if they were willing to go against the radical greens, they may win over some fence sitters, but most voters opinions aren’t so plastic.

it’s only march.. a LOT can happen between now and November. If the sanctions work.. the market will spring back big and the libs might roll into November looking great.

Every crisis is an opportunity to show how competent or incompetent you are.

Because of the rest of the world jumping in strongly, these sanctions have real bite and might “might” work amazingly.

Or people will become so frightened of nuclear war they will vote Democrat out of gratitude they haven’t been incinerated yet. I personally don’t think either of our scenarios will come to pass. I do believe this government will become more tyrannical so how the vote is conducted becomes key.

"They are beholden to the greens [...]"

Thanks for mentioning the greens.

We have an unconstitutionally big federal government, most post-17th Amendment ratification federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers imo.

"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.

Regarding the greens, the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to police the environment. In other words, Biden's green policy is just more stolen state powers.

Is it going to be enough of a wave to override a veto? 2/3rds majority in both houses? That is also impeachment territory.

Just saying.

It SHOULD be a tidal wave election, but the last one SHOULD have been also. The cheaters will have to come up with some new gimmicks maybe. I still think the ones they catch cheating should be receiving a very hard sentence, like maybe a few years on a rock pile...something they might remember in case they decide to try the same thing again.
