Gas prices fueling coming Democratic bloodbath in midterms, Republicans say

Rep. Morgan Griffith tells Fox News Digital that 'inflation works against the party in control of Washington'

President Biden and congressional Democrats who have championed green energy policies while calling to shift away from domestic oil drilling are facing an uphill battle ahead of the midterm elections, as gas prices continue to climb from near-record highs following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

During his State of the Union address last week, Biden announced that the U.S. is releasing 30 million barrels from its Strategic Petroleum Reserve to protect consumers from the rising prices during the Russia-Ukraine war, but prices have kept rising. The national average has crested over $4 and set an all-time record on Monday.

Republicans argue that Biden has given Putin leverage by continuing Russian oil purchases while canceling the Keystone XL pipeline and freezing new oil and gas leases on federal lands. They accuse him of funding Russian President Vladimir Putin’s attack on Ukraine by refusing to sanction Russia’s oil and gas sector.

Republicans who actually want to win (which excludes the RINO Establishment) would maintain a steady drumbeat of how Biden has sabotaged our energy independence, from the cancellation of the Keystone XL pipeline, bans on fracking, halting of new drilling on federal land, etc.

And the price of EVERYTHING is connected to the price of energy.

Just relentlessly pound this one thing going into November.

They got away with stealing the biggest election in the country, you think they're going to let a mid-term go honestly?

Saddam got away with stealing elections for decades. Where is he now?
You want a list of dictators who stole elections and ended up removed from power or killed ?

The issues involving energy costs, supply chain problems, and rising costs for staples may not be controllable by the Democrats and likely made worse if they resort to their normal responses, like ratcheting up regulations and imposing wage and price controls.

“Really? You find that funny? I sure don’t. I believe that’s a statement of fact supported by tons of evidence.”

Hilarious!

The Democrats will keep trying to steal elections because they think they can. They believe that since they got away with it in 2020, they can always get away with it. That’s how authoritarians think. But, if it happens a couple more times, there will be a reaction.

IIRC, the 14th Congress holds the record for highest turnover, 70%, thanks to the Compensation Act.

I would dearly love to see us break that record.

Judges can order drop boxes. Dominion vote counting. Vote by mail.

And judges can stop drop boxes.
So far Biden and the Dems have done terribly in the courts on lockdown/mask mandates etc.

I’m skeptical about November. The Stupid Party has a history of blowing big leads.

No. Totally wrong.

The RINOs in the GOP are about the same. Not abject commie trash, but just as uncaring. So, the effect is the same.

Don’t swallow the MSM lies. Whenever an obvious leftist piece of trash does something abdominal (that turd who ran an SUV thru a parade) for political reasons the MSM says “it was political extremism.”

No. Dammit. It wasn’t. It was just another piece of leftist commie trash that did something and you are either conflating that will all political extremes or making up one like Qanon or Alt-right to lump in with the commie trash.

Think on this old meme: Are all Moslems extremists? No. But, most bomb throwing extremists are Moslems (or commie trash).

Canada Says Its Oil Could Replace U.S. Imports Of Russian Crude

All It Would Take Is Approval Of The Keystone XL Pipeline.

Friend of mine worked for the clean-up company that tried to restore the Keystone site after all the clean-earth frauds turned it into a toxic waste dump.

He said there were trailers after trailers filled with brand new gear, clothing, hand-tools and the big stuff, machinery, going on until you couldn't see the end.

Their bosses tol them to take a few things if they wished, but cautioned them agains cuts, bruises, scrapes, etc., from the stinking swine who had got there first.

The Democrats will keep trying to steal elections because they think they can.

Democrats always try and steal elections, yet they lose as often as Republicans through history.

They believe that since they got away with it in 2020, they can always get away with it.

The fact that a thief get away with burglary 2 years ago, doesn't mean he'll get away with burglary this year.
If that were the case, there’d be no burglars in jail vs the tens of thousands of burglars in jail.

My prediction is that Biden will do something that will decrease gas prices by say $ .20 cents a gallon right around midterms, and will c,aim he needs more time to get them down further, and the low info public, being as fickle as they are, Will drop face down in worship, and then celebrate the measly $.20 cent drop in gas prices and claim he is “the most effective president ever”

Th3n after midterms, he will allow prices to rise again for 2 more years, then do The same drop in prices right before next election, and the gullible public Wil. Fall for,it again thinking they’ve just saved oodles on Their fuel bills when In reality they are paying $1000 or more a year under the America hating liberal leadership

Its Biden’s duty to build Keystone XL, allow drilling and fracking on federal lands...and Offshore...and in ANWR...and remove harmful EPA regulations....and jawbone the banks into lending money to fossil fuel projects.

If he does anything else, he’s a tool of Putin!
