Not to be deterred by such pesky inconveniences as a Supreme Court decision, immediately after the high court ruled the vaccine mandate was unconstitutional federal overreach – the White House told employers to enforce the vaccine mandate anyway.
White House Spokesperson Jennifer Psaki said the Biden administration would “not be deterred” by the Supreme Court decision, and all employers should immediately continue to “initiate vaccination requirements.” WATCH:

This is the United States Supreme Court, the final arbiter. It supersedes all other court rulings.
Companies will face lawsuits if they do that and then then on top on paying fines they will have to hire back the very people they fired.
Keep in mind Biden gave the USPS a waiver on the mandate.
Biden is violating his oath to uphold the Constitution of the U.S.
Well this is what happens when elections are allowed be stolen. Tyrants will be tyrants.
“True but not in the numbers they would have others believe, hence the ballot stuffing, repeat votes, illegal aliens voting, etc., anything to steal elections.”
I live in cheat by mail Oregon, so I’m very familiar with their election fraud tactics.
I’ve been saying the urban democrat machines have been cheating for as long as they’ve existed.
Urban areas get a lot of people coming and going from other states. A person goes to school or gets a job in Portland & registers to vote, then they move to another state. The voter stays on the rolls and ballot harvesting “takes over.”
The illegal alien voter probably exists, but IMO not to the extent as urbanites moving around and still staying on the voter rolls. This is true for California, Oregon, & Washington all VBM states, but may not exist in other states that don’t have VBM.
Many non-citizen Hispanics(not illegals BTW) that I know, don’t give a crap about politicians & voting, they just want to work.
Does the Supreme Court have to state EXPLICITLY that companies cannot require their workers to vaccinate?
In any case, a company forcing people to vaccinate, now, will be open to liability if their are vaccine complications...
That’s right. The public comment period is actually still open on that standard rule. That closes on the 19th.
However, it usually takes years to implement a final rule, at which point we should be all past this nonsense.
Do it, do it now or I will find a way to hurt you another way.
The employees of these businesses should start suing
We're in a period of "new usual." The old ways are out, and new ways are in.
Fascinating to read supposedly wise judges, etc. take as true that this pandemic, unlike any pandemic in history, is, as a matter of law, a permanent heightened risk.
Public health trumps every single personal right "protected by the constitution." Scare quotes because nothing is really protected by the constitution. The new rules displace the old.
The POTUS advocating for ignoring the constitution and the USSC? IMPEACH!
The court ruling has empowered the employees’ right of free choice of where to work.

And yet many Republican-run states forbid companies from employing only vaccinated workers.
I think you are right and if they cannot do that they will punish companies that do not play along.
Agree. It doesn’t stop lefty CEO’s from still mandating it to their employees. It has nothing to do with POTUS authority or ‘impeachable’ offense.
We’ll see how corporations respond, especially considering all the revelations about the shot, variants, treatments, etc..
This is like throwing a middle finger to the supreme court justices yet Roberts and Kavanaugh continue to side with those bastards time and time again! Up yours Roberts and Kavanaugh this is the way they show their gratitude towards y’all!
“They simply said that the Administration’s claim that OSHA had the authority to do this was not correct.”
Exactly. If the leftists in congress had a spine they would just pass the mandates into law and there would be nothing anyone could do.
