It’s been weeks since we learned that a search warrant had been issued in Santa Fe County, New Mexico for Alec Baldwin’s cell phone as part of the investigation into the shooting death of Halyna Hutchins, with Baldwin having fired the fatal shot. And yet, despite more than twenty days having passed, with Baldwin and his wife having been seen out on the town, the phone still hasn’t been turned over to investigators. What could possibly be causing the holdup? The New York Post published an article this week in which they spoke with some legal experts who offered possible explanations.

He wont turn it over because it will confirm what we all already know..he offed her ON PURPOSE..either he was having an affair with her or he was so pissed that she objected to the safety issues on set that he just had enough..but he it pays to be a commie you can do whatever you want and not have to face any consequences just ask Andrew Cuomo

For the rest of the world, when a search warrant is issued, you wind up with cops kicking in the door at 5am. For politicians and Hollywood, it merely opens negotiations.
He’s probably also tired of being called a psychopathic narcissist.
But that won’t change anything

Notice how we haven’t heard a thing yet from the wounded director of the movie? He is not exactly proclaiming support for Baldwin’s fable.
The FBI simply GRABBED James O’Keefe’s cell phone right out of his hands.

It must be a burden to know so many things that nobody else knows.

He should work with his lawyer and get it over with. His anger issues and his mental state are suspect but I understand his reluctance. He probably has too many skeletons other than this mess and the paparazzi trailing him does not help. His life/career will be hanging on by toenails and may be dead until he comes clean. If there is little evidence, he may deny everything and stymie all inquiries to not have any evidence to start a prosecution.
This could be like the Natalie Wood death where there is suspected foul play but not enough info to go after Richard Wagner.
Jurisdiction I think.
If this was a normal person, they would have knocked down the door, shot the dog and took it.

No problem. Baldwin is in NY and the “case” is in NM.
I’m not sure where things stand, but a lawyer would never tell you to comply to public demand. I bet Baldwin has good lawyers too. They should tell him to just shut his piehole and stay off of social media...
