Senile Joe’s “ Build Back Better” is also the EU slogan, tied to the now known “ Great Reset” written about in even the main stream media ( Time magazine, numerous other financial news agencies). Do realize every sovereign nation is developing a cashless sovereign digital currency where ALL purchases can be tracked, taxed, and even denied. The plan: world economic crash ( in progress) bank, and sovereign debt wiped clean ( last estimate on world sovereign debt is $367 Trillion- unsustainable). All eyes and pressure are on the US economy to crash, every other nation will then follow down the toilet. Watch closely sovereign digital currency, as written in Senate Bill 3571, our Federal Reserve will administer our digital currency system to pull us out of the coming wipe out. Stay tuned.
On another note: our digital currency ( cashless) Senate Bill 3571 is in the finance closed door committee. Most of our major banks are opposed to the digital system as they will lose billions being relegated to mortgages, credit cards, loans. As written, the US digital cashless system calls for ATM styled machines placed in every US Post office ( to “ spend” their digital cash) and enables all citizens easy access. 5G wireless is also required to be up and running to be able to quickly move trillions of financial data around in milliseconds.
My last thought: THIS attempt with the C flu economic shut down will fail, but the looming catastrophic world wide sovereign debt issues ( world.gov defaults) will push the world into the Great Reset.

WHile not a welcome development it’s hardly going to be devastating. It could have up to a 0.6% effect on our GDP.
It’s more like a single paper cut in death by a thousand cuts.
Trade exports represented 12% of US GDP in 2019. Canada represents 14% of that. So 12% * 14% = 1.7% of GDP.
But Trade won’t be completely shut down. Assuming Cross border truckers have been vaccinated in the same ratio as Americans, only 1/3 of truckers will be affected. So 1.7% * 1/3 = 0.6%.
I’m not sure but I think my numbers include goods and services. And services probably won’t be affected at all. Services is 1/7 of the total exports.
And you have to assume that some portion of the unvaccinated truckers will get vaxxed. There will be some reallocation of drivers with unvaxxed taking more local routes and more vaxxed shifting to international routes. And some portion of open jobs created will get filled by vaxxed workers.
