You would think they would want the economy to keep functioning and just find better ways to loot it. Instead they want to close it completely. Coupled with the lockdowns and mandates, a picture is emerging that their true motives are much darker.

They must figure that this best aligns with the commie wing of their party, while building enormous wealth for themselves and their family. I expect them to take those gains and live elsewhere.
