One Year Later, More Lingering Questions About January 6 If Republicans take over Congress next year, they must demand a full investigation under a new select committee. By Julie Kelly January 3, 2022

A bombshell report just published in Newsweek details an in-depth, secret operation conducted by the Justice Department before and during January 6. Contrary to the lamentations of FBI Director Christopher Wray that he wished his agency had had better resources to prevent the Capitol breach, hundreds of elite forces under Wray’s authority were on stand-by days just before the protest, and even on the ground as it happened.

The “shadowy commandos” stationed at Quantico, home of the FBI Academy, on January 2, 2021 included the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team and SWAT teams.

“On the morning of January 6, most of these forces staged closer to downtown Washington, particularly after intelligence was received indicating a possible threat to FBI headquarters building or the FBI’s Washington Field Office,” Newsweek investigative reporter William M. Arkin wrote. “FBI tactical teams arrived on Capitol Hill early in the day to assist in the collection of evidence at sites—including the Republican and Democrat party national headquarters—where explosive devices were found. FBI SWAT teams and snipers were deployed to secure nearby congressional office buildings. Other FBI agents provided selective security around the U.S. Capitol and protection to congressional members and staff.”

An FBI tactical team, according to the report, entered the building immediately after protesters did, which was shortly after 2 p.m.

The only lingering question is why anyone ever thought it was a riot or insurrection. 🙄

Well actually my lingering question is why didn’t 188 GOP congresscowards and 50 GOP senators fail to all stand up and say it wasn’t an official insurrection? Similar to my question of why almost all of them voted an illegitimate administration into being through the electoral college.

Senate can go Republican by outing the GA Senators (D) that are there due to election fraud. Namely, the 2020 GA fed election results can no longer be proved as retention period for fed election materials is 22 months, and data from the election machines has been tampered with.

The access logs for a voting machine were partially deleted after the after the ‘audits’ of the election, It was no accident; prior entries of previous elections are still present, but the 2020 election entries were deleted. This puts the election into the ‘unlawful’ bucket for violating the materials retention law in order to audit and ‘prove’ an election. It is no longer possible to do so. In addition to the access logs, transit logs of ballots from collection mailboxes to the counting room are absent. Yet GA ‘certified’ its election, and the fraud is proven after the fact from the audit tracing ballot movement.

Fraud vitiates everything. The GA stage is reset with the termination of the terms of the former GA Senators, requiring a federal election. It appeared they were elected, until the unlawful violation of election laws occurred. Now the GA Senators have no authority to vote on legislation as their election was based on fraud (unable to ‘prove’ election result).

This can be exposed with a quo warranto (’by what authority’) action filed in fed district court. If the court determines the GA election was unlawful and discovered after-the-fact, the GOP should call for the immediate ejection of the 2 GA Senators until GA can pass an audited fed election.

And suddenly, there are 2 less (D) Senators for the rest of resident Biden’s turmoil.

There definitely needs to be an honest and fair inquiry that examines all of the video available and looks at ALL participants and their backgrounds. We don’t need a slanted, partisan inquiry that will hide any involvement that may make individual politicians or political organizations look bad. “Investigation” an be a euphemism for a coverup.
