Is this Ray Epps? Unidentified Man From 2015

Hi all - I apologize in advance. I have not started many topics here and I don't know if I am making any forum etiquette mistakes.

When I saw the images of Ray Epps they reminded me of this man we tried to identify back in 2015. IMO he attempted to make unfavorable narratives at Trump events by coming off as an "ugly" version of a Trump supporter. I recall him making trouble in more than this one event - this thread from September 2015 was just the first thread I found about him when I went back to look.

Is he the same man as Ray Epps?

Good question. He and his wife live in southern Arizona. They set up business as Rocking R Ranch, but it failed. They then refurbished a huge old barn (Or built a new one — Epps worked for a time as a contractor in Las Vegas.) to be a wedding venue. And I agree the guy in the photo above doesn’t look at all like Epps. If anything, the guy in the background, eying the “ugly” Trump supporter looks more like Epps.
