This prosecutor takes the cake so to speak.

"I just couldn't prove that Andrew Cuomo is guilty of a sex crime, I just couldn't".

The *hitometer is going off the scale.

Yes you could say his word versus hers but with the corroborating stories of other women and the public opinion factor a jury would find Cuomo guilty in a heartbeat.

Probably because they did not want him to be president to begin with and all of this finalizes something like that without criminal proceedings.

How about all the people that died in the nursing homes because of him and his policies?

It’s his word against hers for a misdemeanor. I guess the prosecutor doesn’t believe her and the publicity isn’t worth the bother. Not for a misdemeanor groping charge.

With the pile of excrement here in refusing to prosecute over the sex crimes in multiple New York counties you can cover the nursing home deaths with a high and deep mound of you know what.

That’s probably why Cuomo is uncharacteristically quiet. A deal must have been made to not prosecute if he kept his mouth shut.

Replace Cuomo with Trump. Do you think there would be equal treatment under the law? ( rhetorical)

Phew good thing for Cuomo he has a D next to his name otherwise he would be in serious doo doo..guess now the DA will have more time spent on figuring out if Trump said his properties are worth more than they really are..cause ya know, priorities, murdering elderly people for profit or saying your stuff is worth more than it is..decisions decisions

The Cuomos are like the guy in an old comedy routine who gets called “sexist” and thinks he’s getting called “sexy.”

“Mr. Soares has rightly concluded that it would serve no purpose to seek a perjury indictment of Mr. Spitzer because the former governor did not speak with the district attorney’s office under oath.”

Albany Times-Union from Wikipedia article

I wonder what Martha Stewart thought of the action.

Those charges were also dropped. See, when you are a member of "The Club" silly charges like these just disappear.

Soares was a Leftist BLM prosecutor long before it was even popular. He used to let the Occupy wall street rioters loose without even charging them.
