A huge amount of goods is transferred from Mexican-driven truckers to warehouses in El Paso. I expect very few drivers are "fully vaccinated" and this requirement will greatly delay manufactured goods and parts for sale or use in USA equipment.

The repeated use of “land borders” is an example. Maybe that is in the government order (I haven’t checked), but it suggests state borders, not just the borders between the US and Mexico. It seems a bit deceitful.

I live 15 minutes from the Mexican border here in San Diego. I go over to Tijuana to their Pharmacy Row to purchase meds including Ivermectin. Does this mean that after January I will have to provide proof of vaccine upon re-entering the the US one hour later?
