The USA is more like the former USSR. Most kids today have no idea what the Cold War nor American exceptionalism is as America rots away. I always knew the Bush wing of the GOP hated Reagan and wanted a new world order. I never thought they would actually succeed.

Even during the darkest days of WW-II resistance was possible in Nazi occupied countries. In the former Soviet Union and Communist Eastern bloc individuals reproduced censored and underground makeshift publications, often by hand, and passed the documents from reader to reader in what was known as Samizdat (Russian ‘self-publishing’ ). I have kept an old time shortwave radio just in case I will have to get uncensored news from beyond the Biden curtain. The spread of free ideas cannot be fully suppressed. The United States also has a well armed population and while senile Joe may make reference to the government having fighter planes and nuclear weapons this US military was in essence defeated by a ragtag bunch of Taliban.

I am both proud and glad to have served under America the free.
I am also vlad that I am 69 years old, and I will gladly watch the shenanagins of the new class of idiots, as they defame and dismantle everything that offends them.
In the meantime, there will be those standing on their principles, attempting to keep things as they were, while the idiots smile under them with large rubber erasers.
...AND....I suppose we are going to stand aside and let it happen.....just like in the past?....sigh...
