There is an ancient proverb from Aesop's Fables that says, "Beware of what you wish for because it might happen." Such is the lesson that utterly failed Secretary of State Antony Blinken has discovered. After years of being a foreign policy wonk adviser in the corridors of Washington D.C. power, he finally got what he was probably wished for... appointment as Secretary of State. Yet within a few short months that dream has turned into a horrible nightmare as the botched Afghanistan withdrawal quickly unraveled. Due to the utter incompetence of Blinken, his boss Sleepy Joe Biden along with General Milley and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, thousands of lives were either ruined or terminated.
In this video we see the sad haunted face of Blinken at his August 25 press conference. Louder than his words, his face speaks volumes about his many failures. Rumor has it that he will soon be resigning from the position in which he has failed. However, waste no pity on the man who was one of the architects of the avoidable Afghanistan withdrawal debacle. It can only be hoped that if he goes, those who were his fellow incompetents would leave with him.
PING!
He failed, but his boss failed even worse.
Where’s my violin?
Maybe the shitbird still has a bit of his soul left.
in his own mind, in the mind of the pedofoTUS,
in the plans of CCP, he WON.
The Constitution (what is left of its amended version)
is dead, long live the pedofoTUS and the CCP in DC.
We serve you long time. /s
There is an endless supply of incompetent people in Washington. That’s the problem.
The scariest thing about Blinkin is that he is fourth in line to be President. And we thought Biden was bad.
Gwjack
I prefer the traditional Japanese model.
Note tagline.
Time for this fool to fall on his sword!
Sleepy Joe is not the boss. ON the contrary, Blinken is the boss in foreign affairs, and Joe just goes along.
Joe has never been a boss, even as a senator or as VP. He is/was just there. And he is just there now, to give voice to what the democrats in charge wish/want.
That requires honor.
The real question is who is really in charge?
It can only be hoped that if he goes, those who were his fellow incompetents would leave with him.

Yeah, Sun Tzu wasn’t much for airbases. More of a tank guy.
LOL.
Always sucks when you find out who the patsy is and it’s you.
I wonder how much if that is the difference between our system of fixed terms and election dates causing our officials to hope to run out the clock, while in the British system the government can fall and a new election called immediately if the scandal is bad enough.
