California Gubernatorial Candidate Larry Elder (R) said that he would replace US Senator Dianne Feinstein(D-CA) with a Republican if she couldn’t continue serving.
Fox News reported:
Larry Elder, a gubernatorial candidate in California’s Gavin Newsom recall election, said he would replace U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, a Democrat, with a Republican – if Elder becomes governor and Feinstein were to step down during his term.
“God forbid Gov. Elder should replace Dianne Feinstein who nobody’s seen in weeks,” Elder told Mark Levin on his radio show Friday. “I’m told she has a worse mental condition than even Joe Biden. They’re afraid I’m would replace her with a Republican — which I most certainly would do and that would be an earthquake in Washington D.C.”

The Senate never put a proxy vote system into place. The House did.

If Diane Feinstein is unable to carry out her duties in the Senate, why does her vote count toward a “majority” in the Senate.
Effectively there would be only 47 Democrat Senators, 2 “Independents” who vote Democrat, and 50 Republican Senators, a goodly number of whom are loose cannons and not reliable anti-Democrat votes at all.
On paper the Democrats should LOSE the majority rule they have in the Senate.
In practice, it probably doesn’t make Jack -er- “Straw”. WAY too many “RINOS” cross over.
His best answer should have been, I don’t deal in hypotheticals. When Democrat Sen Zorinsky (NE) died, there was a lot of pressure on Republican Gov. Kay Orr (NE) to put his wife in his spot. She appointed a republican political newcomer, David Karnes to finish out his term. Then we got the deciding vote on Odumbocare, Ben Nelson.
The California (stateside) ELECTION FRAUD MACHINE is arguably one of the most advanced in the country, and with a long history of impervious left wing social and economic marxist DNC control.
The actual general population could vote 90% percent for a candidate, and lose big.
When Californians have beaten the election fraud machine, the courts are standing by with near 95% percent left wing activist judges.
The various redundant fraud methods remain fully in place, and mostly unchallenged by law enforcement, and especially the courts.
While I will always vote no matter what, fight for what is right no matter what, and fight for America and liberty, (and in this case would certainly vote for Elder) — it is foolish to believe we can simply take back an election fraud machine in an “election”, from the very same no-moral-boundaries/humanists/global socialists who built and yet control the same election fraud machine to never again be challenged in an election themselves.
As far as elections are concerned, the real fight which must be waged, is to re-establish a redundantly protected, one eligible citizen / one vote, neutral turf election system
Until then, we have only psyops and theater.

If not there should be. In this day and age you could be present by video or cell phone
I’m for term limits.
