Here’s the thing, for me.
If I give 100 people a pudding cup for one month in April of 2020 and 25 of those people get Covid, of the 25, five of them get very ill, of those 5, two need hospitalization………..
I could conclude the pudding cups saved the world because everyone didn’t get Covid and only 2 very seriously ill.
Covid effects everyone differently, as we now know.
Healthy people can become seriously ill while unhealthy people can escape intubation and the ICU.
So we don’t know if you would have had a mild case anyway.
This is why Ivermectin needs in-depth studies.
If it truly works, if it can save lives, we need studies done and have a more serious approach.
The problem is, because of the current political climate, no one wants to touch that drug.
63 RCT studies are here that represent over n=7500.
And the Africa data too https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3990394/posts
If you are not persuaded by that alone, you are not a serious person, just a serious virtue-signaler.
Suppose that the medical Powers That Be suddenly decided to restrict access to pudding cups.
They were pulled from the grocery shelves and required a doctor's prescription to get some (which could cost them their license) - but the pharmacy could ALSO decline to fill the pudding cup prescription.
From what I've read, Ivermectin is less dangerous than Tylenol. They give out Ivermectin like free candy in Africa to illiterate villagers.
I can cross the Mexico border and get Ivermectin over the counter.
Tell me what's wrong with this picture, if you're intellectually honest.
Why not let the rubes "see the Egress"? - let them buy their ineffective drug for ten bucks and then realize that it doesn't work. The cycle is still the same, with an extra step.
Hell, tax them a buck a pill, to capitalize on their rube-ism.
Explain to me where I'm wrong here.
