Nearly 100% of the coronavirus samples analyzed in Ohio in late July showed the highly contagious delta variant, Ohio Department of Health Chief Medical Officer Dr. Bruce Vanderhoff said Thursday morning.
“COVID-19 is now more contagious than the common cold or flu,” he said.
In addition to being more contagious, evidence suggests that the viral load in patients in the early days with the delta variant is higher than when people were sick with other variants. Patients are getting sicker, faster, Vanderhoff said during his first press conference since Gov. Mike DeWine appointed him to be the department’s head, beginning Monday.
Nevertheless, the coronavirus vaccine continues to offer strong protection against the delta variant, Vanderhoff said.
Hospitalizations, intensive-care unit admissions and use of ventilators are on the rise as well. Over 98% of people who have been hospitalized with COVID-19 are those who have not been fully vaccinated, which means two weeks after the final shot, he said.....

For your consideration.
The Ohio health director is saying this.
And even further back, the “terrifying” video from Wuhan that first got the world’s attention. People collapsing in the streets, as if they’d just been gassed, aid workers in full hazmat suits coming to their assistance. News announcers breathlessly asking what this new menace could be!
Got THE FEAR going.
Bud: ‘You can’t come in here!’Lou: ‘Why not?’
Bud: ‘Well because you’re unvaccinated.’
Lou: ‘But I’m not sick.’
Bud: ‘It doesn’t matter.’
Lou: ‘Well, why does that guy get to go in?’
Bud: ‘Because he’s vaccinated.’
Lou: ‘But he’s sick!’
Bud: ‘It’s alright. Everyone in here is vaccinated.’
Lou: ‘Wait a minute. Are you saying everyone in there is vaccinated?’
Bud: ‘Yes.’
Lou: ‘So then why can’t I go in there if everyone is vaccinated?’
Bud: ‘Because you’ll make them sick.’
Lou: ‘How will I make them sick if I’m NOT sick and they’re vaccinated.’
Bud: ‘Because you’re unvaccinated.’
Lou: ‘But they’re vaccinated.’
Bud: ‘But they can still get sick.’
Lou: ‘So what the heck does the vaccine do?’
Bud: ‘It vaccinates.’
Lou: ‘So vaccinated people can’t spread covid?’
Bud: ‘Oh no. They can spread covid just as easily as an unvaccinated person.’
Lou: ‘I don’t even know what I’m saying anymore. Look. I’m not sick.
Bud: ‘Ok.’
Lou: ‘And the guy you let in IS sick.’
Bud: ‘That’s right.’
Lou: ‘And everybody in there can still get sick even though they’re vaccinated.’
Bud: ‘Certainly.’
Lou: ‘So why can’t I go in again?’
Bud: ‘Because you’re unvaccinated.’
Lou: ‘I’m not asking who’s vaccinated or not!’
Bud: ‘I’m just telling you how it is.’
Lou: ‘Nevermind. I’ll just put on my mask.’
Bud: ‘That’s fine.’
Lou: ‘Now I can go in?’
Bud: ‘Absolutely not?’
Lou: ‘But I have a mask!’
Bud: ‘Doesn’t matter.’
Lou: ‘I was able to come in here yesterday with a mask.’
Bud: ‘I know.’
Lou: So why can’t I come in here today with a mask? ….If you say ‘because I’m unvaccinated’ again, I’ll break your arm.’
Bud: ‘Take it easy buddy.’
Lou: ‘So the mask is no good anymore.’
Bud: ‘No, it’s still good.’
Lou: ‘But I can’t come in?’
Bud: ‘Correct.’
Lou: ‘Why not?’
Bud: ‘Because you’re unvaccinated.’
Lou: ‘But the mask prevents the germs from getting out.’
Bud: ‘Yes, but people can still catch your germs.’
Lou: ‘But they’re all vaccinated.’
Bud: ‘Yes, but they can still get sick.’
Lou: ‘But I’m not sick!!’
Bud: ‘You can still get them sick.’
Lou: ‘So then masks don’t work!’
Bud: ‘Masks work quite well.’
Lou: ‘So how in the heck can I get vaccinated people sick if I’m not sick and masks work?’
Bud: ‘Third base.’
No, and THAT is how you know ‘they’ are lying to US.
If it this contagious it should (I hope and pray) burn itself out.
It would also seem that possibly it is less serious than the prior variants and the increase in hospitalizations is from volume of people getting infected but an overall small percentage of the infected are getting severe symptoms.

My son and I (14 and 62) went since day one last year with no infection. We both have it as of today,( rapid test positive) he has been hit harder ( so far) with 103.3 fever, me, only 100.1, with all the associated headaches, sore throat, dizziness, nausea, maybe because I used the horse paste? …apple flavored, 1.87 percent Ivermectin…we shall see…
“Touched down in the land of the Delta Blues In the middle of the pouring rain
this is Terrible, Dead people everywhere in the streets, dropping dead driving down the freeway, grocery stores lined with bodies, they are EVERYWHERE, We are All going to DIE, Hide Shelter in Place, follow the official government instructions for your area...
….and both of us are un-vaxed…..and will remain that way.
Beautiful! ... and captures the essence of the insane agenda perfectly.
If they’ve been unable to isolate Covid-19 nor any of it’s variants how are they able to diagnose any of them with a PCR test that has a reliability of less than 20% ?

“It is the big one!”
;-)
You win the internet!!!! Yeah 😂
Your #23 is a homerun.
So why aren’t there dead homeless people all over our streets. Not even going to mentioning the other unVax’d communities.
It’s like hearing about global warming. It’s an immediate yawn.
Nicely done!
Just a copy and paste from the interwebs.
But I liked it and shared!
Glad you enjoyed it too!
De Santis: “As of today, the Camping World Stadium in Orlando will serve as a monoclonal antibody treatment site, open 7 days a week, with a capacity of 320 patients a day.”
Expanding access to this treatment will help our most vulnerable stay out of the hospital and save lives.
