1. You've taken enough Southwest flights. However, that doesn't cover this flight. I've flown a lot on Southwest, too, and seen jerk passengers AND jerk aircrew. My experience has been a much higher percentage of jerk aircrew, but I'll wait and see on this one. Your experience allows you to confidently make a pronouncement.
2. Read multiple accounts of the case. Fair enough, if you want to rely on eyewitness testimony. Perhaps you could point me to one that is clearly convincing.
3. You watched the video. But, the video doesn't cover the period before the video. Obvious logic fallacy there...seriously, pull away from the internet argument mentally and think about what you are saying...you know what happened before the video started because you watched the video.
