Something is clearly wrong with Joe Biden.
While speaking at a roundtable hurricane briefing from FEMA, Biden began by pushing talking points about how he "insists on nothing less than readiness" and that he plans to double the money the U.S. government will spend to help communities prepare for extreme weather events.
When he attempted to give his thoughts at the FEMA meeting, that's when things got a little jumbled.
“But, uh, there’s, you know, there’s to be, you know, beginning, uh, this effort for 2021 is, uh…” Biden stumbled.
"I think we've learned a few lessons from last year, as well. There's help, as so, uh, we, you know, being there to help, clear roads, rebuild main streets, uh, so that families can get back to their lives, uh, that's what FEMA does every single day," he added.

This has been known for at least a year. Dementia is sad to observe happening when it’s a relative. When it’s someone designated as being a president of a superpower, it’s catastrophic.

Going to Wilmington Delaware for one hour and 20 minutes is really weird, especially for an “environmentalist”. Is there a meeting on the tarmac in Delaware?
The left, both politicians and media, do not want people watching Biden on TV. That way they can frame the few sensible things he says in a way that makes him look strong. Only if you watch the original broadcast, or later the parts we watch on the Internet, will you see Biden’s dementia bumbling.
The season will be mild, and yet these demonrats need to “keep up the sense of fear” and of needing the gubmint— to keep their hand in controlling people.
Longtime Caribbean dwellers, old Conch Floridians, Gulf of Mexico shore people and most of the SE have experience in dealing with hurricanes— they are prepared. The use of FEMA to suck even more money out of coffers (see the Puerto Rico grafting mayor of San Juan and the former governor— all ripped off FEMA. Trump outed them for the corruption).
So the reason for the “conference” is political. JoeBama exposed yet again for having worsening stage 2 or 3 dementia. And now this idiot and his handlers are going to put him out to visit with Putin— unbelievable.
That’s where all his “recovery” medications, legal and non- are located. Some heavy duty beyond Adderall type compounds. And, he may have had to sign off in Del on certain payment transactions made in person (like, in cash). That’s how all this is done in the mob world of JoeBama. Cash on the barrelhead, and a pick me up so he can be seen running out onto the tarmac (him so young and vibrant- not!).
I don’t know about the meds...
but, perhaps BidAn needs a quick silicone mask change.
I’m of the opinion that Biden is benefitting from powerful medications that are tactically administered to increase his lucidity for brief periods of time. Of course such meds have side effects and cannot be used on a persistent basis so his handlers have to decide exactly when he needs them. The meds likely also serve to tamp down the inclination toward angry emotional displays that are so common with dementia.
This all explains Biden’s “lids” and his strictly limited appearances. How long this artificial energy can be effectively applied is anyone’s guess. His handlers must sweat every time he walks out alone.

As you may recall JFK relied on powerful pain meds. I think we’re seeing something similar with Biden only its not about physical pain.
