Ok, decertify the election. But at the Federal level there are no do-overs. There is nothing in federal law that can overturn the constitutional process.
At the federal *executive* level, the Electoral College voted and Congress accepted the vote. There are no do-overs for the election of the President.
At the Senate level, it's not so straight-forward. One the one hand, the Constitution says that each chamber is the judge of its election results. If Georgia were to decertify its election based on incontrovertible proof of forged ballots, they can try to enforce that decertification by declaring their Senate seats vacant. On the other hand, Chuck Schumer may refuse to accept the decertification and say that the Georgia Democrats stay in the Senate regardless of losing their elections by stating that the Senate accepts the Georgia election results, even if Georgia itself does not.
Harris first, then Biden appoints Trump. Then Biden immediately resigns.
Biden appointing Trump to the VP spot does not make him VP. He would still have to receive a majority vote from the House and the Senate, and neither Pelosi nor Schumer would let that happen.

You are correct. The President of the United States is elected by the Electoral College, not by voters. There is no mechanism to "decertify" the vote of the Electoral College. Depending on State law, other offices might be subject to decertification resulting in an office be declared to be vacant. Then the law and procedures for filling the vacant seat would apply.
A lot of people reported that stuff. Still don’t know what to make of it. I think General Flynn talked about it, and so did a lot of other people whom you wouldn’t think were nuts.

I separating the Presidential election from the Senate election because there are two different mechanics at play.
I wanted to introduce the idea of a state decertifying a Senate election and declaring the seat vacant, which is wholly different from trying to overturn a Presidential election.
This would set up a Constitutional crisis if a state deems a seat to be vacated and a governor moves to appoint a replacement, and the Senate opposing the move by refusing to acknowledge the decertification. A Senate vote on the matter would be moot until SCOTUS decides on whether a state has the power to decertify an election for a federal office if intentional and systemic fraud was proven to have altered the results.
This would also set up a media conflict when the two Georgia Senators vote to keep their ill-gotten seats if it is proven that their elections were tainted, and the media backs them anyway because they are Democrats. In that case, the media would begin a program of brow-beating Republicans into accepting the election results rather than reporting on the fraudulent wins by Democrats.

They were in on it, so they will not be cooperative witnesses to anything amiss. I’m sorry, but you’re wrong here, part of the findings were that some 200,000 or so ballots didn’t have the barcode, and COULD have been counted twice or more. How many of those WERR counted multiple times? Further investigation is needed.
This is good, but Congress already accepted the Georgia electoral votes. I know of no provision for reversing that after the fact.
AND it would take more than just Georgia.
