So I work for my local county (Upstate NY) and the new county administrator put out the edict as of tomorrow, if you are "fully vaccinated" (TM) then you don't have to wear a mask. All others do need to wear a mask on the job and social distance. Violators will be "disciplined"
WWYD?
Ah…you are a tough guy. Gonna go around shooting dictators.
When will you be leading the revolution?
As a kid, definitely had strep.
masks are marxism? lol. if masks are marxism, you should be armed and in the streets.
that’s seriously funny. how do you feel about stop signs? more marxism? oh, how about people that choose to wear hats?
Ooooh, unknown if ADE becomes an issue down the road.
Ooooh, the “vaccine” with its limited focus on the s-protein signature results in a leaky “vaccine” allowing many people to get covid anyway despite poke, which could result in another breakout in which the “vaccine” becomes worthless. Could even be deadly text time around.
Ooooh, how many people would have been saved if people were treated upon initial symptoms instead of being told to wait until they were critical and unable to keep O2 saturation levels up? Budesonide inhalers might have saved many. CDC tracks cause of death. COPD patients should have been hit hard in 2020 yet YoY 2019-2020 was unchanged. Might this be because they typically use Budisonide inhalers? Only a chronic idiot would not want to understand reason behind this. Let alone impact of using zinc, an ionophore and ivermectin BEFORE a patient is critical AFTER viral replication has progressed for days uninhibited.
These are valid concerns unless one is morbidly stupid.

With more than 100 U.S. colleges mandating COVID vaccines for in-person attendance and schools enforcing mask mandates, it’s critical people understand their rights.
The bottom line is this: mandating products authorized for Emergency Use Authorization status (EUA) violates federal law as detailed in the following legal notifications.
you said it yourself:
“CHOOSE to wear hats” They are not giving us a real choice here.
“Wear hats or shave your head...pick one.”
And when they require vaccinations, they become liable for damages related to those vaccinations.
As such, they tread carefully when they do.
Nah.
God will deal with you.
I’d guess all of what you said,,,,,,,,
Not at all a violation of HIPAA, only if the company he is employed with is a covered entity would it violate the law. So much ignorance at least argue from a point of knowledge.
Here is who HIPAA actually applies too it’s enumerated in the law itself.

Second point is most states are at will work states. ALL of my crew guys are vaccinated with batch numbers and dates cross checked with the County of the vaccination proof they produce. Why because it’s a major selling point especially in the wealthy areas where we enter their homes to seal and or repair stone work. I’m a PhD geologist I meet with the clients look over their stone and we come up with a plan to remediate it. My minimum rate was $500 for two hours now that my crews are vaccinated I’m charging $1250 for two hours and am booked SOLID till the end of August I’m hiring two more crews for a total of four with three guys each. Pay $20 hr for general labor and one skilled labor at $25. All my guys are at will and won’t get a call for work unless they produce a valid CDC card that will be referenced to the County data and I still have to tell home owners I’m booked SOLID people have offered $2000 for a two hour job with vaccinated people inside I gladly take the money it’s insane how much the demand is for fully vaccinated crews. I’m making more now doing side gigs than I did in 2019 doing consulting for the oil industry that says something I made $400k in 2019 I’ll easily beat that this year with stone work and solar panel installs that says nothing of the new stone installs which I won’t even touch till September. There is a market demand for vaccinated people that much is certain.
Solid idea. "Here is my doctor's statement that I am up to date on all required vaccinations, and any further inquiry on your part is a HIPAA violation."
Again, the goal here would be to wrongfoot the county and force the county attorney to consider an employee lawsuit he does not have the requisite intelligence to represent alone.
Do you receive any government grants or payments
Do you provide proof your people are vaccinated to your customers ?
You appear to be taking advantage of people’s fears is what I interpret by more than doubling you business price. You give actual contractors a bad name is all I sense from your post
Absolutely my CDC card available to anyone wanting to see it.
The double price is due to supply and demand. It’s pure market capitalism which I am an ardent supporter of. I will charge what the market will bear to maximise profits period. The fact that I have a comparative advantage that is desired right now makes my guys much more desirable. Wealthy home owners who can read and comprehend a scientific paper know that fully vaccinated people cannot pass the virus 94% of the time. The Pfizer has documented proof with a sample size in the millions that it is 94% effective at preventing asymptomatic infection. That means for you scientific illiterates you do not have an active case of the virus and are incapable of passing it on. When I show up to do the consult with a mask on still to ease their apprehensions one of the first question they ask not me is am I vaccinated to which I say I was in group 1A critical need and have been covered since February. Word of mouth has spread and it’s well known all of my crews are all immunes now I have more calls than crews and have raised the price to reflect that want the work done pay the price or find someone else which there’s not many. These are million dollar homes with 100,000 kitchens renos two or three grand to renovate a 50,000 stone job is nothing they don’t even blink at the prices.
I have never taken government money, my first two degrees out of five were paid for by my 11 years of service I held my end of the contract and the govt held their end up. After that I don’t take money with strings attached have no need too. The overhead for stone work is minimal it’s brain skills that makes the difference any semiskilled person can run acetone on a only finish it’s knowing how fracture propagates or how and why thermal stress induced spall that is the skill.
All of my guys gave CDC cards that are available for viewing if asked for, I personally verified the dates, batch numbers, and locations to ensure they are valid and not forged. Texas is an at will work State if you want a call to work the precondition is show a valid CDC card. I’m not a covered entity under the HIPAA law and yes I can read which so many cannot apparently. The HIPAA law is clear who is covered entities it’s enumerated in the law itself read it sometime. Just like preemployment drug tests you disclose or you don’t work I love Texas and at will law makes my day so much easier. So yes I have a binder with photocopies of every CDC card mine included that were all verified and provided at will.
Regrettably the 94% mention in your post is opinion. Your prior post bragging of your price increase and it was eluded to it was because your people were vaccinated. You have changed your tune to now your fees are due to your costs. If pice increase is due to the cost of doing business okay but don’t change your story midstream
Your wrong, cost have not gone up demand has. Can you read? Do you understand supply and demand? My costs have not gone up the acetone, urethanes and silicone has not increased much at all. The demand for custom stone work in the high end home market has exploded as home prices, building and people willing to open their homes to workers who are vaccinated has taken off. I raised prices to make more money for profit I did increase pay to my better guys and have brought in two new crews at cooperative wages. It’s pure capitalism and conservatives should support that. I have more work than my crews can do and more than I can consult on and supervise as well so I raised prices to above what some were willing to pay to bump them off the list and go for more profitable clients. These are one time jobs as if you do the sealing right it will be a decade or more before it’s needed again. My point is the market is hot right now and there is a premium to be charged for vaccinated people. It’s a huge selling point to wealthy home owners who will nearly 100% chose to pay more for work from a vaccinated crew than just anyone else. Pure capitalism and comparative advantage. I’m thrilled to be in Texas the laws here are very pro business. It’s a at will state which means I can require drug tests, background checks and yes CDC cards to get a call to show up for a clients jobsite. That ruffles flat was there feathers but it’s the way it is. I’m have made a killing since February and will for the rest of the year booked SOLID until September 30th as of today and won’t even touch new installs till October. Because yes stone has gone way up and sealing is cheap CHEAP on materials from my end. If people had the skills to do it themselves they would but they don’t and that’s why it’s $1200 or more an hour for a crew to come in. They cost me $65 an hour in labor and materials are a few hundred bucks at most you do the math it’s a killing to be made. I do the English negotiations with the home owners and invoicing as well my crews draw wages at the end of the day from me directly as they are at will on a day to day basis. I can train a new guy in a day or so but most of my guys stick around as the work is steady, pays well for them and it’s cash and carry at the end of the day I’ll 1099 them if they can be found at tax time but that’s on them I have the I9s and SSNs on file as required.
Are you seriously going to continue with your insults ?
