So I work for my local county (Upstate NY) and the new county administrator put out the edict as of tomorrow, if you are "fully vaccinated" (TM) then you don't have to wear a mask. All others do need to wear a mask on the job and social distance. Violators will be "disciplined"

The employer can no more insist on a vaccine than he can insist on sleeping with my wife or sodomizing me as a condition of employment. If you want to run a business in the land of the free, respect the right of employees or close the business and sell it to someone who will. Simple.
I see you did not respond to my point about employees keeping weapons locked in their personal vehicles on company property. The law was passed by conservatives in the TX legislature, opposed by Dems, liberals and big business. I am sure similar laws exist in other states.

The WuFlu shots are not FDA approved while the others are, and was not tested for 8-15 years, which is industry standard. Who’s the kook?
Personally, I’d use a different tactic until you choose to find different employment.
I’d print out articles about possible spike protein shedding/transmission by fakcinated people causing harm to those who haven’t been stabbed. I’d keep those in my briefcase for reference.
In daily activity at work, I’d touch nothing the stabbees have touched, not touch them and distance myself. All under the guise of “it keeps everyone safe”(especially you) but quietly and to a select number of people, share the information about transmission of spike proteins as potential harm to others.
Most won’t want to hear it, other than the non-stabbed, but it will keep you safe, help you follow the “rules” and strengthen your resolved for alternate employment.
If spike protein transmission is indeed happening, this is a real threat to you.

The covid vaccine is not attenuated. THAT IS THE POINT. mRNA is a new unrelated treatment unlike every other vaccine before it. You never wondered why it has Emergency Use Authorization only? Or is EAU as far as you got?

my employer is relaxing the mask policy for anyone who is vaccinated and opts to document their vaccine with HR. everyone else is still subject to the mask/social distancing policies. violating any policy, including that one, will subject the violator to discipline.
