So I work for my local county (Upstate NY) and the new county administrator put out the edict as of tomorrow, if you are "fully vaccinated" (TM) then you don't have to wear a mask. All others do need to wear a mask on the job and social distance. Violators will be "disciplined"

What if the non-vexed (lol...love that) get infected with china virus, by the vaxxed (vexed)?
What are the liabilities for that?
I had that as a kid too - same time I had chicken pox. I don’t know if I had that vax or not.
I am talking about in MY workplace. As in, where I am the manager with the directive to follow company policy or lose my job.
If it comes down to my job or your comfort…my job wins. Everywhere else it’s a personal liberty issue and none of my business.

My wife told them she was leaving and since they’d already lost so many “doers,” they had secretly rescinded the policy a day earlier. They begged her to not leave.
She will leave, but she is waiting for another offer from a different interview.
She should hold out for her employer to not announce Double Secret Rescission.

As I repeat—I am writing from the role of the person responsible for enforcing conditions of employment. It is no different than requiring licenses, safety training, or any other job specific requirement.
Personally, I don’t care. But people are acting like there is a debate at work. Unless you own the company…there is no debate.
(As an aside, it's true that I'm not a doctor nor am I a scientist. What I am is starting my 55th year as an environmental health and safety professional/engineer in heavy industry and big agriculture which includes over five decades of hands-on experience with the application and use of personal protective equipment. It's not just the total ineffectiveness of using a mask -- improperly selected, applied, fit-tested, worn and maintained by almost every single person who has worn one over the past 14 months -- in a vain attempt to control transmission of a respiratory virus that angers me, it's the incessant lies of professionals and self-described "experts" who know better ... who know what they expound, what they promise, what they demand of us ... is lies, more lies and damned lies.)

A friend of mine had this statement from their company - those who have been vaccinated are not required to wear masks. They did not say those not vaccinated have to wear masks. They also said no one is going to check employee vaccine records and employees should not discuss their vaccination history with coworkers.
In essence, a don’t ask don’t tell vax policy, lol.
Are you a Chinese or Russian stooge? The choice is between a virus bioengineered in a Chinese lab, and a vaccine that was paid for and made possible by Donald Trump, who also received it.
